Nice cozy hotel. Rooms aren't that big but offer what you need. Very comfy beds

Rooms were nicely equipped, with a mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast bar area was nice. The keycard door entry was wonky, requiring multiple reprogramming done to get back in the room. Staff was excellent.

Probably an impulsive previous review,
Hotel was clean and convenient to the wedding reception venue room was pretty nice especially for the price. Hotel staff could have been friendly upon arrival but they probably had seen a lot of check ins due to the wedding. Helpful staff in trying to find a lost item called me multiple times to assist which I am thankful for.response / report this review -

Friendly and helpful staff, located near a few restaurants with east access to highways. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub are a nice plus. There's even a shuttle to take us back and forth to our training facility.

The rooms were nice, but the air wasn't working properly on the first night, so management did upgrade us to a suite room. Breakfast was good, but there should have been more help for the amount of people who were there.

Location is great, near a bunch of restaurants and places to shop. Not too far from Ohare either. Staff was wonderful, free cookies in the lobby, nice coffee. Rooms were clean and large, has a pool and breakfast. Pool was indoors and a little too stuffy in there for me though. Breakfast was decent.

Was a nice place. The breakfast was OK but have had nicer ones. The only two issues I had was, one with our shower head which sprayed about all different directions, and extremely hard to find towels at the pool. Otherwise the room itself was great.

It was clean and easy to check in and out. They make fresh cookies and the lobby smells really good when they do. The hot was was really hot and the water pressure was great which is a huge plus. But I swear I could hear everyone walking around and closing doors at all hours of the night. Not enough for me to complain but enough for me to notice it.

Very clean rooms! Very comfortable beds! Nice pool hot tub. Good breakfast. Vending machine ripped me off for my Twinkies.

The location is convenient to my home. The rooms are clean and have plenty of space. Breakfast in the morning Is a great touch along with the swimming pool. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a hotel.

Nice and clean room. Good service. Complementary breakfast was OK. Shuttle service to airport is available only after 9 AM. If you have an early flight to catch make sure that you book your own cab service.

The accommodations were adequate. The baquet and event space was well-appointed. They could have done much better with the breakfast. Not a bad experience, but not great when compared to other hotel chains.
