Jackie at the counter was wonderful. However, this visit was disappointing to say the least. I believe that one hour and ten minutes is excessive to change one garden tractor tire. And then I had to take it back in because the tire bead was not seated. I am happy with the tire but it took far too long. The service by the technician was poor. This is highly unusual for Norm's Tire. I will certainly give them another chance.

They take care of their customers. Great selection of tires plus they do automotive repair. Good trust worthy home town shop. Counter staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Horrible service to start out. But now it's been about three weeks since getting my tires changed and now I have to take one off and norms way over-torqued one of the lugs and now I'm paying a different tire place to get the lug off. But at this point I've really messed it up trying to get it off. So now I'm going to have to replace the lug and on my model and year you can't easily replace one lug, you have to take it apart all the way back to the bearing. Don't use norms tire service. Find a more professional service.

Update. It's been two days sense writing this and they have already contacted me wanting to reimburse me for what I payed to get it off and also replace the stud for free. I'm very impressed with their desire to make it right.

Made an appointment, sat there for 45 minutes, Finally asked how long it would take and the guy said "What are we doing to your vehicle?" I told him putting on new tires, he said you don't have an appointment. The computer said that I did, the paperwork said that it was scheduled a week later. Then looking through the paperwork found that my tires were never ordered. Horrible service, they lost $900 and my service. Thank you

I was visiting from Minnesota and had a very low tire. Norm's repaired my tire quickly and free of charge. What a friendly small town family business! Thanks to God I found them just in time.
