I suggest you use a different dealership. Salesman and management lie about pricing and loan terms. I was yelled at by an employee when I called to confront them. Overall bad experience.

My fiance Amanda Schaus had recall on a Ford focus 2013 for clutch, and a door latch. She purchased her first car at Tyler's collision in Niles, MI. From A dealer named Jamie whom now works at deals on wheels in Benton harbor and sold me that car $2,000 more than it was worth knowing about the recall, bad tires, and brakes had to be replaced. Over a course of three years the car would stall, have trouble excelling and shifting. I took it to certified Tranmission in Mishawaka to see if the transmission was bad, but they said the transmission is fine the car just needs a program reset. So a few months later I took it into get the recall fixed on it and they "fixed it" but still had problems so I took it in a second time to fix the recall on it. They then called saying my transmission had liquid metal in the transmission and it will cost me $5,100 for a new one or $4,900 for a used one. Cambell dealership in Niles across the street from Joey's Armadillos screwed me in that. And I couldn't trade because I owed $2,000 more than the car is worth. But C Wimberly in Dowagiac got me a brand new 2017 Ford focus with a $5,000 discount and wrote a check to pay off my $8,000 balance on the 2013 focus so my old balance would NOT roll over unto the new car. They really helped get in a safer car that does Not have the same transmission and no clutch, or recall. So in the end I feel well taken care of, Ron Reeves truely cares for his customers and they're safety. Anyone that owns a 2010-2016 Ford focus see Ron Reeves and Wimberly are junking and auctioning all focus with recalls so please see them so you don't get screwed or stuck in a vehicle that may put your life and family at risk. Please stop in and see Ron Reeves at C Wimberly in Dowagiac soon! Get in a safe new vehicle with out rolling the old balance into the new car they will take care of you. Try to give the benefit of the doubt to a company when they drop the ball, however , I bought a new 2015 Ford F150 in which a rubber molding came off and when I asked them to fix it they neglected it and replaced my oil only. Ok ., people forget and make mistakes so I thought I would give them another chance by leaving voicemail at the service department and no one ever returned a call . I bought my second new car from another dealer. Sorry, but if a company can't service my truck after a purchase, why would I buy again??

After going to Bell Tire & Midas and being told there is nothing they could do. I called Ford to replace hinges for my lift gate, they ordered the parts and the next day fixed my car for a fair price. Couldn't be happier!
