The night shift lady tonight 10/2/17, was the RUDIST PERSON I have ever seen! She pubicly humilatednme amd was talking about me to other customers!! She did not like the amount of laundry I had. I was not there past closing. I left at 7( Bc of her being so mean). Another customer had more clothes than me earlier and she never said a word to her. She even cussed at me ! Will NEVER BE BACK! Horrible place

Attendant on duty from open to close .

I took my down comforter here for dry cleaning. The comforter was brand new and hadn’t been cleaned until I took it to Norge Village. I took it there several times before I noticed the damage that was occurring. First, my care tag is entirely melted and illegible from being placed in a dryer. The feathering which was perfectly fluffed and evenly distributed throughout the comforter is now clumped together. By speaking to one of the workers I learned that they had been putting my down comforter in the washer and dryer because “it was a cotton comforter.” When I protested the manager told me that this damage was typical and nothing was going to be done. I disagree that when you take something to the cleaners that it is TYPICAL for it to be returned in worse condition. I am not sure how a cleaner could mistake a down comforter for cotton considering I would bring it in its original bag which clearly states “Down Comforter”. The cleaner was negligent and didn’t even take a moment to read the care tag and now I’m stuck with a lumpy comforter that I paid good money for. This was a pitiful display of customer service and I will not be returning.

The person above must have this place confused with another cleaners. I have been using them for about 3 years and have NEVER had any issues with them. If you need something done over, they do it no chargeIf you need something in a hurry, they rush it no problem. I think these people are wonderful!!!

Had clothes dry cleaned and they came back still dirty. When I took them back they refused to do it over. Stay away from this place
