All Nordstrom stores are very good. This one is a little smaller than the typical Nordstrom. My wife was disappointed because it lacked an Encore department. However, the in-house restaurant was very good. Some brands I like seem to be missing from the men's department (i.e. Tommy Bahama).

The sales reps in the men's section of Top shop, bonobos, and shoe section are really humble and nice. Other reps in the men's section are prejudice af. Seems like they went out of their way to help white individuals, and brushed off black & hispanic customers

Called Tuesday asked if they could put a rush on a dress to be tailored by noon Friday for a wedding. Was told yes and the woman gave her name Maria to authorize the approval . Called this morning on my way to pick up my dress that was "tailored" Wednesday to find out it has not been altered at all and it has the wrong date on it. The wedding is tomorrow and leaving for it today with a dress that was not fixed and could have gone else where in time. Now I am left with a dress that is not ready for he wedding I am in.

If you've ever been to any Nordstrom then the prices shouldn't surprise you. They have stellar customer service and spotless restrooms as well. Parking at this location is vast, so it's a great place to park if you plan to walk around and go to the Santa Monica Pier.

My husband and I were on a trip from Pennsylvania, when our luggage was lost by the airline. We had nothing but the clothes on our backs, and about 5 hours before we needed to be attending a wedding in cocktail attire. We were already regular Nordstrom customers at home, so we decided to head there. We couldn't have made a better decision. The first employee I saw was Rita, who took us under her wing and went straight to work. She enlisted the help of John in the Men's department for my husband, who was also phenomenal. I also worked with Adriane and Maggie in the Women's department, who both were top notch. In 90 minutes, my husband and I were both outfitted for the wedding AND clothing for the rest of the weekend in case our luggage didn't arrive. The whole team at Nordstrom was helpful, pleasant, and professional. Each team member we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience!
