First, I should write this disclaimer: I can't stand Kohls. I have to go to Kohls to bring my physically disabled mother who pays far too much attention to the "You saved $(place dollar amount here)" at the bottom of the receipt. What she doesn't realize is that she didn't really save that. Kohls is extremely overpriced. Then they have a sale, then they send out 30% coupons, which brings their prices into fair range and makes the customer feel like they saved a ton. Go to JCPenney. They have fair prices and if you have to return something, you don't have to worry about how it will affect the Kohl's cash you "earned" but have to use within the correct time period or lose. Even after Kohl's cash, I still say Jcpenney beats Kohl's prices. All that said, if you must shop Kohl's, this is a nice one. It is large and has 2 levels guaranteeing plenty of choices. It was difficult to find customer service upstairs, but when we finally found one, he was very helpful.

Do not recommend. Try and Try as I might, I'm not a fan. Friends tell me Kohl's has great deals, but I can't get any assistance when I go. I don't feel like they treat their staff well, none seem happy to help. I'm done trying.

Horrible customer service. Had a very bad experience at the checkout counter. The staff are borderline rude and you can actually feel that they don't want to help. Will not visit again.

The manager was the same as well!

Store was very clean and organized. Had to ask for directions to kitchen/ home goods. Once there it was a ghost town! Found one of the 2 items I was looking for. Cashier was friendly and fast.

I always wanted to shop at Kohl's Brickyard! What a sweet treat for me! Right next to the beach too! I love this store! Better than Nordstroms! Same brand names on stuff but still love the feeling of coming in here! Thank you!

I usually enjoy this khols but lately I have been having a negative experience with the cashiers. The last time I was here this woman wouldn't let me pay for my purchase because she was trying to force me to apply for their credit card. Which I had already applied for a few weeks before and was not approvedwhy would I apply again ? she was very rude and would not take no for an answer and then she turned to my mother and started to harass her to apply I was so furious! She had a really bad attitude towards me and was very rude. She also did not do her job she did not take the security tags off so I had to come back in and deal with her again. I don't think I will be coming back to this khols. I don't need to apply for anything if I don't want to and I shouldn't have to say no 10 times and argue with a cashier!

Nice store but their merchandise buyer is obviously biased towards BYU. There is practically NO merchandise from the University of Utah - the state's flagship institution, the hometown university, the only school in Utah with a top 100 global ranking. Buyer should not inflict their bias onto local shoppers and should purchase equally.

This Kohls location is a pretty great place to go. Just west of Harmons within the Brickyard line of stores. Very easy to get to. Staff inside is very friendly and helpful. Most clothes are priced decently well, however not sure if the whole discount system is just a gimmick or if they are really down-pricing items that much from their original cost? Good for the customer, but not sure for the business? In either case, went and got some business casual clothes. Decent name brands for not a whole lot of money would recommend!

Only complaint is that the parking doesn't seem sufficient for the store and consistently stays full as shared with nearby stores. Sometimes it is difficult to find parking.
