They are amazing!! Ali and Jessica went above and beyond to help me with a Christmas present for my hubby. I needed something engraved and he rushed it for me to be able to give it to him before his deployment for Christmas. They were both incredibly kind and I walked away with a huge smile. I agree with above post that it helped to renew my faith in human kindness this holiday season. Customer service is a pretty big deal to me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I had the privilege today of realizing that all is not lost when it comes to human kindness. In a season so focused on the commercial, Ali from the jewelry doctor treated me with respect despite my crappy budget and so far made me feel like a welcomed customer. I can’t wait to get my piece back and am able to continue this glowing review

He did an amazing job on my wedding ring! He tightened the diamonds that had come loose and restored it to new. It looks beautiful now! I would recommend this shop to anyone! Thank you Jeweler Doctor!!!

We had to size my girlfriends ring I got her at Disneyland down a couple sizes and we looked around a couple jewelry stores and one store said they could size it and it would take them up to a week so we left and a week later they gave us a call and told us they couldn't size it due to the shape and size of the ring, so we were just walking around and we saw one of jewelry doctors employees working on a ring so we went up and just asked and they said they would look at it with his manager because of the design so we came in the next day and met the manager, super nice guy! He said it shouldn't be a problem and said he could do it and it should take a couple days and then he said he could get it done in a day or two! Two days later he called us and he was able to size the ring I'm extremely impressed with the craftsmanship and how much care that he put into the ring, he also went over how to take care of the ring and if we had any problems to bring it back and they can take care of it for us It was also very well priced not way expensive they even gave us a discount! I wouldn't recommend any other jewler these people are amazing!

He did a great job at making our rings look brand new when resizing, but BOTH of our rings were too small. They are smaller than the sizes we asked for by about half a size each. We got them resized again and the same thing happened. He does great work visually, but be warned about resizing.

Ali really knows his stuff just by looking at my ring he could tell me what class of stone it was. He works quickly and is always honest with you so you don't feel cheated, even if jewelry tends to be expensive. Great service with great results.

I was looking for a ring that would match what my girlfriend wanted but that at the same time would fit my budget and I found it here. They gave me a great deal that I would've not find anywhere else.
The attention was great, always showing interest in the customer. They do really help you in find what you are looking for, and if not, they help you find something that would match your budget and your taste.

I took my new engagement ring&wedding band to the Jewelry Doctor in the Orem mall yesterday! I got the ring from Sams Club but they only come in size 7, I needed it a little bigger. They did an amazing job, in house, same day!!! I'm so excited!! The ring fit me perfectly!!!! It's so beautiful and sparkly!!!!! I will never take my jewelry anywhere else!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Great customer service! He really knows his trade. I had a specialized ring that I need resized and he knew that the ring needed to be cut with a laser and not welded. He also knew how to keep the integrity of the ring (hammered finish and keep vintage polish). I would recommend him to anyone for any jewelry needs! I'll definitely be going back!

We needed to have our wedding band and our new diamond set. We were only in town for a few days and needed the diamond set while we waited. Ari was very professional, knowledgable and understanding. He accommodated all our requests, answered all our questions, and the price was very reasonable. He guarantees all his work and told us to come back for free cleanings. We will definitely return for all our jewelry repair needs.

Great service! The sapphire of my engagement ring kept falling off. I sent several times to the jewelry store that designed it to no avail, so I decided to go somewhere else. Ali at Jewelry Doctor showed me what exactly the problem was and designed a whole new crown for it, at a great price. He was very transparent and helpful throughout the process. At the end, he also polished my ring for no extra fee. It is beautiful and looks like the day I first got it.

What a great experience! I needed to have my wife's wedding band and engagement rings soldered together and decided to come here. Kat and Ali were super nice to work with, and were able to get my wife's rings finished in under an hour. Excellent service and great quality! Kat was super friendly and helped me with this task! I would recommend Jewelry Doctors to anyone that needs a quick fix on their precious jewelry!
