  Sales manager had to resolve a confused situation. They've had to become less liberal on the exchange policy. At the end of the day they have changed the policies, but I'd hope the money they save would go into better salesman. The issue was fairly resolved, but didn't need a manager to step in.

  Nordstrom always feels happy and comfortable. Thanks to Nini in Special Occasion dresses, and to Lola at Clinique. So pleasant. Such beautiful goods.

  I took a trip out to Tampa a few months ago to get custom made foundation from the Lancôme booth. I called yesterday to re-order and when I received the shipping confirmation today I noticed the shipping address was completely butchered. I spoke with one of the supervisors, Jeremy, and explained what happened. I am sure it will not arrive to me and I am leaving on vacation soon. Jeremy assured me he would get it expedited to the correct address which I thought was above and beyond. I expected to have to purchase a new one and get the other refunded. After he already assisted me, the store manager reached out to follow up with me and ensure I was in a good place. A+ customer service and kept me as a loyal customer.

  Up until recently I had never had a professional bra fitting before. I had read several reviews that Nordstrom has the best fittings so I decided to give it a shot. Yvette Contreras is the Certified Fit Specialist that assisted me. Apparently 85% of women are wearing the wrong bra size and sadlyI was one of them. She took a quick measurement, asked me what I was looking for in a bra from a style perspective and then off she went to find me bras to try on. She brought back six bras to try and every single one of them fit beautifully and were very stylish. I learned so much from Yvette regarding the whole bra purchasing and fitting process. The bras were of the highest quality and although they were a bit more expensive than what I'm use to paying, they were definitely worth it. You know the old saying, "you get what you pay for". I have no doubt that these bras will last awhile with the proper care. If you haven't had a professional fitting before I highly recommend Nordstrom and any of the ladies in the lingerie department can assist you!

  The super nice brunette lady at Chanel is always helpful. Love this store for getting my favorite Chanel products. Bought 3 pairs of trendy sunglasses too. A glasses phase that day I guess. Everytime I go to this store I always am treated royally. Love their shoes and helpful sales folks. A treat for me when visiting my shopping buddy in Tampa.

  I had read that Nordstrom had the best bra fitters so while visiting my kids I decided to give it a try and wow. Yes they do. I do hope that someone reads this because Yvette was extremely knowledgeable and fit me perfectly. Thank you so much. Those so called bra fitters at bra companies need to take lessons. I will definitely drive from Louisiana to a Nordstrom any day. Again thank you Yvette for your wonderful customer service and my fabulous 3 bra's I purchased.
