  I was at brea mall today, and I was at shiseido, and there was a young Philippine lady, and she was helping me try on the powder product on my face, and she was slamming the product on my face, and when she told me to sit down on the chair, it was like she's forcing me to sit down. I can feel that she hated me so bad in someway. When I was buying the product , she asked me if I wanted to use a penti card, and she was saying it with madness, like Come on lady, I just wants to buy the product, I didn't do anything to you. Then I was like uh sure, just when I was about to put in my last name, she was like uh nevermind. UH EXCUSE ME? like this is my card, and I can do whatever I want with my card. And I gived her cash, she slammed the cash resister thing, gived me a fake smile and said thank you. THIS IS THE WORST THING THAT HAPPENED TO ME AT SHISEIDO. SHE GIVED ME THE WORST COUSTUME SERVICE EVER.

  They got me! I didn't know I needed it but apparently I did, when they discovered that they didn't have it, they offered to ship it to my house for free. Now that's great salesmanship!

  In 2016 l went to Brea Mall with my father Kevin to Nordstroms to get myself 3 giftcards to mail out as Christmas gifts to my mom Joanne, Uncle Steven and Great Uncle Glenn. My dad also got several gift cards for additional members of his side of his family from Nordstroms too.

  Clean store and friendly staff. Good selection on clothes. Little bit pricey but good quality stuff. Multiple floors of stuff, this is where I get all my work clothes

  I got my makeup done for an event. Christine at Estée Lauder did an amazing job. She is very passionate about her job, company, coworkers and clients. Pleasure to work with.
