Nordstroms was known for their customer service, but I guess the customer service doesn't carry over to their Rack stores. Can't return a pair of shoes that cause bleeding due to not having original price sticker? No wonder big box stores are dying. You've lost a long time customer. Sticking to online businesses that appreciate their customers.

I don't like the customer service at this store specially the manager . Someone told me her name is Abby i got some make up. They put on the wrong price,that what they told me and didn't honor the price at the ticket. Besides that the cashier was so grumpy. I overheard they were shorthandled. I think that is why they were in a bad mood. I won't go shopping there anymore

It may take some time to find the products you want, but in the end it pays off with great deals. I love the fact that I can visit the same store one week apart and see totally different products. I've also been very happy with the free or very affordable alterations, all of which have been of great quality in my experience. Overall, this is my favorite place to buy nice clothes.

Worst experience ever.. Too much mess. Employees just talk and don't clean or help. They work too slow. Lines are too long. Store manager sucks she is too slow at the registers and doesn't even know how to use it properly. Isn't it the store managers job to know how to do everything? And she's too loud and just likes to talk. How about you all stop talking and start working faster. There was only 3 really good people in the registers that aren't there no more:( . This place sucks. I'd rather go to Macy's

I love Nordstrom Rack in general, if you look good enough you can find some awesome deals. I stop by this one at Metro Pointe on my way back from work. The staff here is really helpful and approachable. They also have a larger shoe section that the other locations I have been to. I would recommend this place for all of you out there that like to dress nice and save money.

I like coming to this Rack because it's huge, and it's conveniently located in an 'outlet mall.' They have all the outlet versions of high-end stores, so you can hope around and shop until you drop.

This place always seems busy no matter what day you come. And despite how big it is, it's difficult to move around comfortably because there's so many people. But because it's so busy, they always have the latest trends and fashion and great prices. The workers are also nice, which makes shopping fun.

However, their fitting rooms can be difficult to access especially if it's a weekend or holiday. Sometimes a long line will form. But nonetheless, I think this is one of the best Rack's around, so def check it out.
