  Came in for stove parts, gave me some great pointer that will help my project be most successful. very freindly great experience. Even though I'm working on a project and not buying a new stove this year, he spent the time to go over some hearthstone I've been looking at a couple of years now. when I decide to pull the trigger, he has my business. Thanks.

  Great Stoves, even better staff! This shop sold me some cleaning products that revitalized my exposed chimney. And for a song. A lot of elbow grease, but not much $. And they were so nice about it.

  My wife and I were looking to put a gas stove in a 3 season porch. Ed showed us the options, answered all of our questions and didn't try to sell us options we didn't need. Bill and Matt installed our new stove today and we couldn't be happier. They did a great job and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. Can't wait for the cold weather now that we have a 4 season porch.

  After checking 5 wood stove shops I bought my stove here because their product selection was the best and staff was knowledgeable and patient. That was three years ago. Most recently I needed a blower motor replaced, and called to see if it would be covered under warranty. The part was readily available and replaced in a few days with no charge. Yes, this is as good as it gets.

  I like to support local business and prefer to buy from stores that are locally owned. So, my husband and I went to Nordic Stove Shoppe when we were looking to buy a propane stove to heat our new living space. It is a beautiful HearthStone stove we found online. We went to Nordic and spoke with the staff there. Everyone is kind and helpful but I do feel we were blindsighted with our purchase.
  I would recommend that if you buy a stove, be sure to learn of all the additional costs. We were under the impression that our very expensive stove would be delivered with all it needed. We paid a $100 delivery fee plus another $500 for pipes and on top of that the installation we thought was included turned out to cost $950.
  We were unprepared for the additional $1500 in cost and would have preferred to have that made clear up front.
