I had the best experience at this particular store location today. Less was so very helpful to me. Explaining everything and making sure everything was exactly want I needed and wanted in a new bed for my new home. Absolutely would recommend this store to any of my friends, family or clients.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Les was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He did not pressure me into a certain direction but rather asked me some basic questions about my sleep habits/preferences and directed me to my options. This being the clearance centre, I ended up getting about $2000 worth of brand new merchandise for $845.

Les was fantastic. He had a better bed at a lower price than where we were previously shopping. He knows his products and his customer service skills were great. If you want "more" for your money, go and see Les. You'll be glad you did.

John Downs provided a GREAT experience!!! I was not looking forward to a mattress exchange. He was VERY helpful and knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store. I LOVE MY NEW MATTRESS! I purchased the Wellington Black Hybrid Plus (aka the "Tom Brady" bed) with the adjustable power base and could not be happier. I sleep so much better and comfortably watch TV and read in bed, too. The salesman was very knowledgeable about all of the beds and helped me figure out what was best for me. I highly recommend Les at the Mattress Firm in Portsmouth.
