I mean what can I say? Authentic Italian food at its finest, don’t get to eat here nearly as often as I may like but when I do I’m never disappointed.

It was late and we were from out of town wanting a good mealthey were closing but seated us anywayim so glad they did. The food was great!!!! And the the staff was fabulous.

Nonni's won't have repeat visitors in us. What a disappointment. I really hate leaving bad reviews but I have come to depend upon honest restaurant reviews! With the many positive reviews for Nonni's, we were anticipating a smooth, timely, locally crafted dinner. How long does spaghetti take, right? Unfortunately, our group of six had just the opposite, much like those negative reviews found further down the list. Poor, slow service & pricey meals considering the quality(wilted oily salad, oversalty soup, and dimensionless pasta sauces). Bonus? Gastric distress all evening. Ugh.
Honestly, the waitress seemed put out by having to wait on us. After 75 minutes of waiting for dinner, we were looking for our server to ask for the check for our beverages and salads with the intent to leave. Alas, she arrived with food but left empty drinks and the empty bread basket littering the table. As she served our dinner, we asked, "Why the delay?"
"Everyone came in at once and the kitchen got backed up".
When we were seated, the place was full but people were in various stages of their meals. It did not all fill in at once. I can only guess our order was lost or never turned in to the kitchen. We requested the manager. She offered the same excuse then suggested dessert on the house but we'd long since lost our desire to stay. She did take 10% off the check though we had to go up front to ask for the check, carry it back up front to be processed, and then retrieve it as well. Had our server, or the manager, communicated with us at ANY point about the delay we would have had some understanding but, unfortunately, they chose to ignore us.
On a positive note, we were greeted in a warm and friendly fashion and seated quickly. We also were offered a cheerful goodbye, by the manager. Nonni's has the friendly welcome and goodbye down. Everything in between, ah, not so much.response / report this review -

Staff was great. Nonni was so cute. Salads could use more toppings. Only have choice of onion and tomatoes or plain bed of lettuce, personally I'd like to see croutons and shredded cheese. Egg plant was great. I personally would prefer to see side of pasta on same dish. If u are wanting a hearty Lasagna then look no further, it had huge chunks of meat in it. Had a small billing error but they corrected it.
