Adam & the whole team at Aebischer's made buying my engagement ring an INCREDIBLE experience. Experience is the best word to use, because from start to finish its service on a whole other level. The education before purchasing is top notch, and the customization options are endless. I felt informed the entire time, and ended up visiting 5 times before deciding, and they encouraged to fully explore all of my options. I ended up custom building a ring that was unlike any other and it was absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else, and highly recommended them.

First discovered what type of people own and operate this business a long time ago when I stopped in to purchase watch batteries.they treated me like I was making a major purchaseso kind and cordial..since then have made all this type of purchases there..they are very good people, will treat you fairly, and will go all out to satisfy your needs..

Adam Aebischer showed me that a family owned Jeweler can provide quality products and professional service better than the majority of jewelry chains. He educated me and involved me throughout the entire process of my now fiancé's engagement ring make me feel part of their family rather than just another sale. I recently lost 3 rings during a house move, including my late mother's engagement ring. My first encounter with Aebischer's Jewelry was when I went in there to try to obtain some valuations on the jewelry that I had lost for insurance purposes. Their sympathetic and thoughtful attitude helped to make an awful situation much more bearable for me. Nothing was too much trouble and their caring attitude was so comforting. Upon the settlement of my loss I returned to them to arrange for a custom ring to be made - Doug was wonderful, really listening to all my requests and sent for several samples of stones and settings until I found the right one, or as he put it, something that 'spoke' to me. The ring was made and I could not have been happier, it is fabulous! Since then, I have arranged for various jewelry repairs and modifications to be carried out by Aebischer's, all with the same meticulous attention to detail. It is such a friendly and welcoming place, all the staff are so pleasant, and when in the store it certainly seems that so much of the clientele are returning customers. No wonder! What a jewel of a place, If they don't have what you want, they will go out of their way to help you, without any pressure sales techniques. We should like to think that we are counted as friends by Doug and his family, that would be a privilege! We cannot recommend this place highly enough, real service.

Wonderful and knowledgeable jewelers with a great selection. The friendly staff is complimented by ownership that sincerely cares. I was personally shopping only a watch band and yet the owner went through great lengths to help me. Found perfect leather band for me. Would highly recommend
