What a great group of employees work here. I forgot my 20%off coupon and even lost my receipt but they went above and beyond to find my transaction and when I brought in my coupon they cheerfully adjusted my purchase!

They seem to often not have a good selection of sizes. I wanted a pair of shoes. No 12s in the shoe I wanted. And the organization of the boxes made the shoes I wanted hard to find so they may have had my size but I couldn't find it. I saw a shirt I was interested in. Didn't have my size. This has been my experience the last few times I've been to this store.

I have never had a bad experience there, but have read many negative comments about your bathrooms being disgusting. Wondering who does your cleaning. I clean houses, businesses, etc for a living. Seems to me that you need someone better to clean your bathrooms. I take pride in my work and you would never have another complaint again. Dirty bathrooms are not good for your business.

Clean place, can be super packed at times. It can be hard to find stuff in the store and the coupons are confusing sometimes. The workers do what they can to help with the coupon madness and I appreciate that.

As a husband, this place is the bane of my existence. My wife has "saved thousands" here according to the receipts. My biggest pet peeve with all Kohl's stores is the returns are a pain in the butt when you use any Kohl's cash, coupons, or charge cards. You never get back what you should.
Also, the toilets at this location are disgusting. Even when clean the holes are like black. I don't know if it's the water, but that's gross.

Easy to access, fairly friendly staff and a "comfortable ease" feel to shopping, Kohls in Niles is one of my favourite places to shop for clothing or home goods. ALWAYS be on the lookout for coupons OR ask for a discount at the register when using your links charge.
