I'm a craftsman and guitar builder. I have been looking for a supplier of fine woods at reasonable prices. Baird Brothers recently delivered beautiful cherry wood to me here in Savannah and surpassed every expectation I had. Blemish free, clear, and sanded to perfection. Very reasonably priced. I have 3/4" hard maple flooring through out my house, except for the stairway. When it came time to do the stairs I did a Google search and found Baird Brothers. I did a little looking, made a phone call to them and pulled the trigger. My wife is just over the moon with the new look. All the material was of fantastic quality. I bought all the pieces unfinished and installed the treads and risers using the Miller step dowels. What a look (😘). No nails, just glue and dowels. There are no squeaks, no nail holes, just maple and maple fasteners. Thanks again Baird Brothers for a fantastic bunch of materials.

As I was shopping for hardwood flooring for our new house, a friend told me that I had not seen flooring until I have been to Baird Brothers. He was right. It is amazing! I took samples of our kitchen cabinet wood, as well as the oak woodwork. My salesman took me out to the warehouse, and we laid out small samples of various types of wood with different stains to see which would match the best. After the choices were made, the total price was calculated, and came in less than the contractor's flooring allowance. So I was able to increase the square footage. This durable flooring is now 7 years old and still looks wonderful. We love the special options of the recessed register covers and oak corner guards as well.

My experience with Baird Brothers could not have been better. The wood is absolutely beautiful and the price was more than reasonable. I placed my order on a Thursday, the order was shipped on Friday (!), and I received the order on Wednesday. Everything was carefully packed to protect the wood from damage, so the shipment arrived unscathed.
Baird Brothers offers unique products at reasonable prices and gives their customers fantastic service. They have won my loyalty, and they deserve your business.

Ordered roughly 800 foot of trim after shopping extensively local. Admit was hesitant to order without being able to physically see, but this was by far the wisest decision I could make. 3 states away, 5 days and I had perfectly straight - quality trim at great cost! Packaged beautifully, flawless shipping, outstanding salesman. What else could somebody ask for. Next order will without a doubt be with Baird Brothers. I cannot thank you enough!

I was hesitant to order hardwood millwork through the mail but my concerns were put at ease when the package arrived very carefully bundled inside a cardboard box surrounded with expanded foam pads. Not a nick or ding in any piece. I had one issue that I emailed customer service about and they went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. No doubt I'll order from them again.
