Outstanding! This was the first time my wife and I had been to Nobu and it did not disappoint! The food was fantastic and unique with incredible flavor and presentation. Service was immpecable. But what really made the experience that much more amazing was our waitress, Prong. She was nothing short of amazing. Genuine personality, perfect recommendations and guidance through each course and just a fun and sweet energy about her. Thanks for elevating an already special experience.

Such an amazing location with mind-blowingly good food as you'd expect from Nobu!
Request for a table outdoors if possible and just enjoy! We followed the waitress recommendations on the hit dishes and ordered mostly Malibu location specific food and were blown away pretty much everything we had.

We were seated in the bar area at lunchtime and did not require a reservation. There is a long outdoor terrace that stretches the full length of the restaurant and there are lots of different seating areas inside. The view is great, looking out at the waves coming in from the Pacific. The tasting menu was amazing, varied and very filling. This was our first time at a Nobu restaurant and we were not disappointed and will be visiting others when traveling. The only issue we had was there was valet parking only. We fully understand the concept of valet parking but did not want to use it so we had to park 1/2 a mile away.

We were forced to sit at a table while others were available, and a succession of people didn't want to sit there. This restaurant seems to be on a power trip where they force people to sit where they don't want to, though they have options for the customer. The food is fine but the hospitality is nonexistent.

This place doesnt really need applause from me. It's was a phenomenal dinner from start to finish. I can honestly say it was all worth the money spent here. I've had 2-3 hundred dollar steak dinners not worth the money for the food. Here the Ambience and food are got dam on point and delicious. Book a month in advance like I did and still barely got a table for two.

I had such a great time here for lunch, my sushi was amazing. So fresh and delicious. My boyfriend had the tacos and they were pretty small but he ordered the veggie roll as well and it was the prefer amount of food. The wine selection was great and our waiter was so sweet and went out of his way to move a heater so it wouldn’t get in the way of our picture. This is one of my favorite places in Malibu and I have made a tradition of coming here on my way home after landing at LAX. SO YUMMY!

for all the hype I found it sub par. We intended on the tasting menu before we got there and the waiter acted as though we had no idea what that entailed. (I just wanted to tell him so badly that we dined at alineas chefs table not long back so, indeed I know) the tasting was not that great. Sushi was really good, I'll give it that but the other courses lacked depth of flavor and creativity. I was genuinely bummed. this is a place to see and be seen. Not got a gourmet experience

The food is alright. I have had much better sushi at other places for similar price range. The view is definitely good, and that’s what you are paying for. Just another high rated overpriced place that you go for an experience.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. Anyone who gives a low rating is a hater. This is one of the most prestigious spots Southern California. If you haven't been here your missing out on life P.S. the view is amazing 😍

Have been wanting to come to this place for a while now. We finally came for my 30th birthday and we had a great experience. Everything we had was delicious. We will definitely be coming back for another celebration l!! Also the view is incredible.

Me and my friend come here often even though it's 30 minutes away because it's worth it! Those who work here and very nice and friendly! They always get your order right and it's not a long wait to get your food. This place is delicious! I recommend the fried rice and their fried dumplings!
