We had our company event at Beverly Hills Hotel. The atmosphere is always really nice and the staff are very professional. The decor is very fabulous. I would definitely come back again.

Nothing short of excellent. The view from my balcony room on my most recent stay was absolutely breathtaking, as are the beautiful gardens throughout the property. Swim in the pool, it’s heated and there is music that plays UNDER THE WATER!!!! (I know, right?!?!?!?!) ….but best of all, the staff is so very attentive, it’s truly remarkable. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

I had the best experience ever! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home, that are happy and feel catered to. They treat everyone like a movie star. I couldn't complain about absolutely anything. 5 stars!!

Service was very slow at the Polo Lounge. Drinks were good, and the atmosphere was nice and the hotel was really beautiful. Staff seemed very friendly.

We had brunch at the poolside cafe. Great ambiance, friendly staff. Food was decent and didn't really stand out or satisfy, especially at the prices, but you're paying for the atmosphere and the experience. Not sure I would go back for a meal on a random day, but on the short list of places to go for occasions or if we have guests from out of town.

The bar tender at the hotel was very accommodating. He gave us a brief explanation of each liquor and explained the history behind them. I had the best margarita I've ever had. 5 out of 5!

We didn't stay here (stayed at The Chamberlain in West Hollywood) but went here simply to go to the Polo Lounge and say we'd been I was expecting it to be stuffy and the staff to look down on anyone who wasn't a guest, but, I'm pleased to say, I couldn't have been more wrong
The staff were all attentive and friendly
The prices were reasonable and we had a great time loved it will def visit again when we're in town in October

Always love staying here. The service is always above and beyond my expectations. The rooms are recently renovated, so although the hotel is old and historic, it feels brand new! Location is the best for Beverly hills as it is more private and serene, nestled in the middle of a residential area. Can't say enough good things about this place!

The Beverly Hills hotel is simply breathtaking, with a stunning interior and a dazzling crystal ballroom. The bathrooms were some of the nicest I've ever been in andbthebfood exceeded my expectations. The staff couldn't have been nicer, or more helpful. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and one I'll remember in the future.

I recently stayed three nights and my experience was simply incredible! I didn't want to leave and I can't wait to stay there again. The staff is so professional, friendly, courteous, and really make you feel welcome and right at home. Also, the service and food at all of the on-site dining/drinking options (Polo Lounge, Fountain Coffee Room, Cabana Cafe, and Bar Nineteen12) is second to none. Stay here, you will not be disappointed. I don't generally write reviews but felt compelled to do so because my experience was just so remarkably good. Thanks B.H.H.!!! I'LL BE BACK SOON!

A very relaxing and elegant hotel to stay. The service at the Polo Lounge is professional and attentive, the lobby is spacious and comforting, and you will definitely feel the elegance of Beverly Hills in almost every detail of the hotel. The only comment I have to say is that for our extensive stay, we would've loved if the hotel had done some extra five star touches to make the stay even more memorable. That would even make us come back sooner; overall, though, the hotel is amazing!
