This place is an anxiety nightmare. There is no elbow room to ship around, their boots are thrown on the shelves with no sense of organization. The sales staff hovers like car salesmen. I eant to be able to enter a store, see the whole layout to know where items of interest are and find the item and brand I am interested in looking at. Not possible at this store.

I begin by saying that I live in Adelaide Australia, almost as far away from Kansas City as one can get on the globe. I have had 2 experiences with Nigros (David, Jr.) one nearly 6 years ago when I bought a pair of RIOS boots from David over the web. The price was right and the delivery to Aus was prompt. Secondly, my wife who is currently in the US, needed her (expensive) "Tres Outlaws" boots resoled so I had not hesitation in sending them from Australia to David to re-sole and re-heel. David did the job promptly, effectively and reasonably priced then sent them to the hotel in 'Frisco where my wife is staying, prior to her flying to a ranch in Idaho. I have therefore, no hesitation in recommending Nigros for web purchases and for boot repairs.

When I ordered AB boots to be shipped to TN, it concerned me about the fit when they arrived. They were more than willing to work with me if I had indeed had had a problem. Great People. Great Service.

I visited the store to buy a pair of boots, little did I know there was also a sale going on, too! Left with a Pair of boots and a sweet belt with a belt buckle all under $300, great value! I am very happy with the quality of the material, and the service was excellent ( I tried on a lot of boots, and asked a lot of questions, too). The staff was very courteous and understanding as these were my first pair of Real American Boots, I will definitely come back for more! Overall a great experience, and competitively priced!

Staff always friendly and helpful. Love the selection of authentic Western Wear and Western style clothing. Pricing is a touch expensive but, that may be due to the quality of product they sell. I do not know my brand well enough to say but everything I have ever bought I've been very happy with.

The Nigro family are great people who take pride in helping their customers. They also do many things for charities include holding a Giddy Up for Cancer night where all proceeds go to Breast cancer. I will always keep my business with the Nigro family!
