I really like this vet. Immediately I felt like the nurses and doctors cared about my cat. They were very easy to work with in respect to scheduling out vaccinations. Setting up boarding for holidays was also no hassle. Would recommend.

I was looking for a new vet for my very timid dog. When I walked in the door of Blackbob Pet Hospital I knew I found the place. Everyone from the front desk, vet techs, and the vet was very patient with Pepper and took as much time as she needed to get comfortable. The prices for the services I received were very reasonable. I highly recommend Blackbob Pet Hospital.

The vet we saw was out to make the most money possible. If I would have done everything she recommended, I would have spent over $750. This was for dry skin treatment and itching. She came up with a treatment plan before giving a diagnosis. Now I'm no doctor, but don't ya think you should know what your treating before you come up with a treatment plan? They also make follow up appointments without your knowledge or consent. Very poor experience, hindering upon unethical. I won't go back, ever.

Staff is great, grooming service is very good.
Vet prices are high compared to what we are used to from our vet in Calif.
No clinics offered that we're aware of for annual shots.

I bring my two fur babies back to Blackbob because of the people who work there .everyone is sweet and kind to my boys and the staff always looks so happy ..I think that says a lot about their culture of caring. I can't imagine taking my kids anywhere else.

Bring your check book - and don't take a rescue animal there, as they do not care. It's all about the $$ and not about the animal. My two cats have been going there for 3 years (no issues), but if you need help in rescuing and finding out if the animal is safe (cha ching). Your loyalty to Blackbob Pet Hospital means nothing. My entire family has been going there, but once we saw how we were treated by trying to save an animal, they make you feel 2 inches tall for trying to do the right thing (unless you have LOTS of money). My family will no longer go to this place as they only care about the $$ and NOT the animal. Very sad!! :( If this post would allow me to give ZERO stars, I would - but it forces you to give at least one - not by choice.

Love my Dr. Hughes =) She has held my hand and hugged my neck through three of my fur baby losses and now cares for my current. I don't live real close to the clinic but it's worth my drive! And my sweet Bindi dog gets really excited going in there as well because they all love on her so much. All that love overshadows the shots or treatment she may be receiving. That's good stuff!

The folks at Blackbob Pet Hospital are the best! They have cared for our dogs for years and we have always received the best care. The Receptionist's, Technicians and Dr.'s are all top notch and obviously love animals. We board our dogs there too when on vacation and never have a worry.

The assistants, vet techs and doctors are top notch here. We've been taking our animals to Dr Carita for 10 years. Always explain the condition and the costs of a treatment plan. Highly recommend. The office staff or doctor calls us the day after a visit to make sure everything is going well with my pets or to answer any questions.

I have been a customer at this practice since before they moved to this location and through multiple pets. They compassionately took care of my aging companion through lengthy testing, surgery and recovery. They found ways to ensure his comfort and quality of life while helping me to manage the expense.

Now, with a new youthful member of our family, they treat him with that same compassion while advising us of new preventative treatments to help him be healthy.

They are a busy office, but work to devote the time needed to listen and care for my pet.

I'm a loyal customer an recommend them highly.

We've always had a great experience with Blackbob Pet Hospital. They are quick to fit you in for appointments or just a nail-trim walk-in. Their hours work great for us. Their boarding prices and boarding care are unbeatable in the area. Highly recommend!
