Venue was average. The inbound parking was controlled by hand and not to bad. Upon exit the parking was very good and easy to get onto surface streets with very little wait. The security at the building was evident. The seating is assigned which presents some problems for the people who cant or wont read. The restrooms were clean and dry at one time, untill the jerks that cant aim are allowed in. This is compounded by the sales of beer and those that cant control their intake. Staff and management try to be effective.

This is a fairly new roughly 6,000 seat arena. It's home to the Missouri Mavericks minor league hockey team and the Kansas City Comets indoor soccer team. It hosts a constant stream of smaller concerts and shows. It's clean, free parking and drama free. Highly recommend.

A large parking area. Plenty of bathrooms. Large facility with a smallish feel. Being an ice arena, even though we were there for a concert so the ice was covered, it was cold. Even the artists on stage committed on the cold. Dress accordingly.

I saw Arcade Fire in concert, there. It's the only time I've been. The facility is very nice and compact. It was a great concert venue. I hear the hockey games are quite enjoyable, also.

I was pleasantly surprised at what a great concert venue this turned out to be. Great sound system, not a bad seat in the place, and the seats were spacious. Really expensive drinks, $4 for water. Parking can be rough, so get there early or be prepared to walk. Pretty easy to find, and there are plenty of restaurants in every price range for before or after snacks.

We watched the Mavericks Hockey Team and had a great time with our extended family. Lots of restaurants close by to grab a quick bite before going and parking is free.

Every event I've been to here is great. Free parking, reasonable food and drink prices, clean and well-laid out building, and friendly staff.

Super fun time at the Mavericks hockey games. My son was lucky enough to get a puck from one of the players! After the game traffic is well organized and easily navigated. Many options for food and drink all reasonably priced.

I went to a comets game it was really fun. Indoor soccer is fast paced and has higher scoring than regular soccer. The tickets are reasonable priced and the stadium is small so all the seats feel close to the field.
There are 4 main concession stands and each has a the same basic food options, but they each have a unique item. the concession stands are named: "1849 inc." which has cheeseburgers, "the whistle stop" which has polish sausage, "three trails grill" which has soft pretzels and "the Queen city cafe" which has pizza.response / report this review -

Fantastic minor league arena. Great for hockey as they have installed a classic train horn for goals, not just an arena buzzer (mimicking NHL/Canadian Junior teams). Picture is view
from loge/club seating on ends in upper level, suites on sides.
Food selection is large, but still pretty generic, with prices a little high for minor league sporting events (comparable to Sprint Center in price).response / report this review
