  Kohl's has the absolute WORST website/Yes2You Rewards/Charge Card/ login system I have ever experienced. There is a different login for each one and none of them ever seem to work. I have attempted to reset my password on the website to buy $20 jeans and I literally cannot reset my password. With my advanced post college degree, I cannot reset a simple password. I attempt to reset my passwordit tells me my account email and information has attempted to be changed. Nowhere does it indicate to me that I can reset my freaking password.

  This store was a complete wreck. We did not see any section that was neat and organized. Very difficult to find your size with it being so disorganized. We left with only minor purchases. This problem is not unique to this store. The stores around St. Louis are just as messy.

  The quality of this store has progressively declined over the last 5 years. This used to be my favorite store to shop, but in the last year the store has been almost unbearable. The women's department is an absolute mess. You may find a top that you like, but you will have to search through every rack (all around the department) to find your size misplaced on a different rack. Nothing is organized. It appears that staff is merely putting fitting room items onto any rack and never organizing the racks. I expect higher quality than this from Kohl's and will decide to stop shopping here altogether soon.

  Cashier was nice. Called me over to jewelry dept. because cashier at register was busy. Pleasant. Love their towels. Especially when they have a sale.

  Ignored for 45 minutes while walking around the store looking for new clothes. We were near employees multiple times. No one said hello, or can I help you with anything. They just walked by, or kept there head down doing whatever. We got to the front counter to check out, and there was an employee & a manager standing away from the lanes. I didn't know which line to get in, and I pronounced that. They just kept doing their thing. Then one of them looked up and waived the guy behind us forward, and skipped us. Which just felt fitting for how my entire time spent there went.

  I shop at Kohl's all the time! I always feel comfortable shopping there, and any time I've had to return something it is never a hassle! They have great prices on cute stuff!
