I contacted several dealerships looking for my next F150, Joey Velez at Nick Nicholas Ford was the best! Even though Nicholas Ford was far away from me, it was worth the drive. Unlike other salesmen, Joey was professional, responsive, honest and straight-forward making the experience easy. Working with Joey, I was able to get answers to all my questions, additional pictures and negotiate the final price without leaving my home. I felt like a valued customer before I ever visited Nicholas Ford. When picking up my F150, there was no pressure or push for add-ons, just a pleasant experience with no surprises. We came in to look at the Edge models and met Joey Velez who is extremely friendly, not pushy and more than helpful. Joey spent time with my husband and I over the course of several days, got us the vehicle that suited us best, and made the deal "work." With so much technology in the vehicles we also got a very good lesson on how things work, with the promise of future assistance should we need it. Joey is a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions.
We also want to thank Dave Clark in finance for his help and explanations.

Took our car in to have a fender bender fixed. Almost three weeks later we hear that it will be done tomorrow, we have heard that for the last week. We feel like we are being taken advantage of. If we need any service done, oil changes tires and such, we will be taking it elsewhere. Next time we buy a new car it will not be here, we already made that mistake. Leaving us without a car has made our life very difficult. We found out that if we would have taken our car to Chevy they would have given us a loaner, not Ford. They just proved that we are meaningless to them.

Great sales staff. Rex Adair is an amazing person to have as a salesman. He is a hard working individual who puts his clients satisfaction ahead of everything else. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because I've always had some kind of issue everytime i use them for any sort of maintenance. I do better work under my carport with a fraction of the equipment.

Our salesman Rex, gave us a wonderful purchase experience. Rex was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and approachable. Both our salesman Rex and Dave the finance officer were so soft and low key professionals. At no time did they make us feel under pressure.

Two weeks ago, I met Joey V. I showed him my list of what I was looking for. He said he could find it and he did just that - he found me my "dream car". It was everything I wanted and more. Joey and his team were a pleasure to work with (friendly, courteous and fun), not only did he find me my car, but actually sat with me and explained all the new features and how they worked. Rex Adair is one of the best of the best salesmen. We bought a used 2010 Ford F150XL, and couldn't be more satisfied He's got a great personality, very knowledgeable, and very thoughtful. He had chrome tubular running steps put on when my wife had trouble getting up into our truck also. If you are looking for a used or new vehicle, look up our new friend, Rex Adair he'll do you right.

Best dealership we have been to. Joey and his team worked with us for three days to get us into our truck Then after the purchase, Joey took the time to go over all the new features our new truck had. I have NEVER had a salesman do this. All the staffing was nice and accommodating. We plan to purchase our next truck through Nick Nicholas (and joey).

I have bought 3 vehicles from Michelle Russo since 2006!
She called me to tell me the great rebates Ford has on the Escape and all the updated features and wanted to know if we were ready to trade out of our 2008 Escape she sold us in 08. We had not even thought about it until she called

I recently bought a Lincoln Navigator from Nick Nicholas Ford and saleswoman extraordinaire, Michelle Russo. Simply put, it was the best car buying experience of my life! I was actual able to buy the car without ever stepping foot into the dealership. I got a prompt response from Michelle to my initial web inquiry and within a few hours, we had a deal. The price on the car was very good and they actually gave me a fair trade in on my car. And if getting the deal done so smoothly wasn't enough, they actually delivered the car over 100 miles to my front door. I would highly recommend Nick Nicholas Ford and Michelle to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. For me it was the perfect car buying experience that I had thought I could only dream of.
