  This guy is a complete tool and very rude. I spent a couple of hundred dollars in there some time back completely redoing my kids bikes I was called out of town for my work and it took me about a week to pick up my kids bicycles and he charged me a storage fee because I had my truck and my wife couldn't pick up the bicycles. He is local but I will never step into his shop again and would rather drive to Brooksville or even St Pete before I would spend a nickel in his shop. Also the work done was not the greatest. Buyer beware. Can't say enough about how bad the work and customer service was.. Prices were too high also.

  I highly recommend this bike shop! I took my bike in for a modification, was quoted a price and within a couple of hours, the work was completed and the price quoted exact. The atmosphere and service was professional and personable simultaneously. I have no hesitation recommending Black Bear Bike to anyone needing a good bike shop to walk into for advice, bike work or shopping for a bike, parts or accessories. The modification work Dave did on my bike turned out great!

  David and his team are very professional. I am the annoying customer with 10000 questions and they never got tired of helping me find exactly what i wanted and even special ordered what i was looking for and to top it they threw in accessories without even asking with discounts on maintenance items on top of that ! Not one of those don't touch the bike unless its paid for dealers but rather take it in the parking lot for a ride to be sure you like it before buying / ordering. The shop is very clean and organized and my experience couldn't have been any better. If your looking for a cheap bike go to Walmart but if your looking to spend a little more for a quality product with excellent service go to black bear.

  Was not a good experience. Quoted me something over the phone, got to store & it was a different story. I realize he has to make a profit but didn't act like he needed my business or even cared! Definitely in need of attitude adjustment.
