Great bank, great people and great service. Teresa is my contact person, she welcomes customers with a smile, is knowledgeable and I never feel rushed or unimportant when doing business with her. It's obvious the employees are dedicated employees by their attitude toward their customers. Compass USA Credit Union is AAA+ , no better bank anywhere ! Also, they monitor my account and will call to verify purchases I make with my debit card if they have any doubts whatsoever. This is why I say they are AAA+.

A great atmosphere hardly ever a line with and great service. Some of the employees speak Spanish and one of the guys even knows sign language. Staff is very knowledgeable! If they do not know the answer to your questions they will go and find it for you. Very pleased with my visit.
