  I had a botch ombré done at another salon which turned into a pretty ugly shade of red. I called tangles on a day that they were either super busy or may not have been open. They called my back first thing the next morning and they were able to get me in that day for a correction. Lauren was my stylist and she was brilliant, amazing and super sweet! Made my hair is now exactly the way I wanted it and it didn't cost me an arm and leg. Love this spot and will ABSOLUTELY use Lauren in the future!!

  From the moment I walked in I felt pampered and welcomed. Everyone said a hello to me, even if they weren't working on me that day. I LOVE my hair, and their tanning beds are great! They seemed to have new hot bulbs, Which I was happy about. I would recommend this salon and spa to anyone.

  I buy my wife gift certificates for mother's day, her birthday, and Christmas. Each year she gets excited to spoil herself just a little extra. The ladies there are really nice to her and the woman at the front desk always knows what she will like. Our son has purchased her gifts online too. Great local business, staff, and services.

  Ive been going here for a few years now and let me tell you I totally agree with the above post - those girls know their stuff and my stylist knows exactly how to cut my hair and is always trying new things :) I get more compliments from her work :)
  
  not to mention the whole staff is Great!!! I feel like a member of the family when Im there :)
