Rich Olson is a dedicated realtor committed to transparency, initiative, and care for buyers and sellers. If it were not for his speed in allowing my wife and I to view the house as quickly as he did, we would still be stuck in our apartment today. Rich is sincere in his care for clients. I truly felt he was our advocate throughout the entire process. He has personally messaged me with ideas for home improvement which I plan to incorporate in our home this weekend;) I highly recommend Rich Olson at Next Level.

Rich was spectacular to work with. We got so lucky with the relator Zillow picked for us and we are so happy we took the chance! Rich not only made the buying process a painless, he made it a breeze. Once we found the perfect home, we were bummed we didn’t get to hang out with him anymore! Rich wasn’t trying to convince us each home we looked at was perfect for us. He found their flaws and pointed them out in situations where we were had on our “perfect house goggles.” This was especially helpful and helped us realize a house had more work than we were bargain for. 10/10 would use Rich and his expertise over and over again!!

Great person to work with, saved us lots of money. Flat fee was awesome, this wasn't our first time selling a house so we know what it's like paying those 6% (buyer/seller) means. Not having to pay the 6% commission was really helpful. Nice chunk of money for our next house down payment.

Rich did an amazing job educating me on what to look for as a first time home buyer. He was flexible with scheduling showings and was a great person to work with. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house!

Great to work with!
We always felt like the priority when looking for our home.
Rich went out of his way to show houses we liked on our schedule.
