  Michele helped my wife and I find and purchase our dream home in Ventura County during the pandemic. Houses were few and far between, but Michele knew the exact areas that we would like and kept us updated on inventory changes.
  
  Once we had a home we liked, her good rapport with other local agents allowed us to get the upper hand when trying to get our offer accepted despite high competition.
  
  Can't recommend her highly enough.

  Michele is a fantastic realtor and has now helped us to purchase a home for the second time and to rent out our home. Each time her expertise in the market and her extremely fast responses have helped to make a smooth process and relieve stress! Michele is knowledgable, honest and proactive. I highly recommend working with Michele; she is absolutely great!!

  Michele has represented me in a number of transactions on both the buyer and seller side. I remain thoroughly impressed by her ability to negotiate both sides of the deal finding a middle ground for each party in every scenario. In a fast changing landscape, Michele has an incredible perspective on the market. Her knowledge and transparency is unmatched.

  When I found my dream home it felt impossible and like it was completely out of reach. Michele made it possible for us. She made what could have been an extremely stressful experience as seamless as it could be. Her work ethic and dedication are unparalleled. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and communication overall are top notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, she makes you feel TAKEN CARE OF. She made our dream home a reality for us—from the first time we saw it to her handing us the keys when it was finally ours.
