It has been a pleasure to rent housing with Ron from Century 21 Alliance this past year. From right when we first started looking for housing, he and his team were super helpful going above and beyond trying to meet our needs for rental housing with multiple bedrooms within a certain distance from where my husbands work is. After renting he made sure we got any requests/repairs met in a timely fashion to the best of his ability and was very attentive to detail during the move out process. Right from the start Ron Yount with Century 21 has been our first and biggest Blessings since we relocated to Florida. His professionalism, attentiveness and kindness throughout the beginning process of lease acceptance has carried out all the way throughout our living experience in Spring Hill, Florida. Ron has always gone above and beyond his call of duty to make sure we didn't just view our house as a rental property, he made it actually feel like our home! For that, my family and I are forever grateful! We can only hope we took care of his property as well as he has taken care of us, from beginning to end. Yolanda Cruz is one of the best realtors that I know. She is thorough and thoughtful when she inspects a home. She takes a quiet, kind, and peaceful care to check every part, taking her time. She is a caring and kind person and an expert imo as a person who knows about homes. She asked important questions and when she sent back an analysis, it made total sense. I highly recommend Yolanda.

Five stars is not enough for the greatest realtor I have ever worked with. Yolanda Cruz was wonderful and a true professional in her field. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I recommend you call Century 21 Alliance Realty first.

We had a great experience with C21 Alliance managing a rental property for us. Ron has been with us for years and he was awesome! Very attentive to needs of the renters and communicated with us immediately if things needed to be done which I'm sure was a plus for the renters as well. We highly recommend C21 Alliance and Ron specifically - you can't go wrong!
