Aaron has landscaped two backyards for me now and I couldn’t be happier with both of the backyards he did for me. My neighbors always ask who did your backyard and I tell them Aaron Manfredi. Aaron works within your budget and the works gets done in a timely matter. He also has good contacts if you want something extra like tv installing in the back yard and surround sound. Aaron is also my realtor he sold my last house within a couple days and got fifteen thousand above asking price.

We reached out to Aaron Manfredi from Albuquerque,NM so he could help my parents find their retirement home. Being a Veteran was important to my family because they knew the attention to detail would be there. My father and Aaron made an instant connection because of their military experience. He set up several zoom appointments with them and he helped them navigate a new city. He's very knowledgeable with the area and they knew exactly what they wanted.

They flew in, he picked them up from the airport and treated them to an amazing lunch, before they went house hunting.

They spent two days with him and one of their offers was accepted. Our house had 9 offers, but Aaron had the skill set and agent relationship to help them secure their new home.

We used Aaron Manfredi Real Estate to sell our existing home and look for a new build for our new family.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on our needs.

We spoke with Aaron over the phone and he scheduled an in person meeting at our house. He toured our home and spent hours answering all of our questions, including going over all of the comps in our area. He recommended a price and was able to secure us a buyer within 48 hours, including an offer $10,000 more than our list price.

8 months earlier, Aaron helped us secure a new home build with his expertise in this area. After a couple of weekends we found the builder and floor plan we liked. We made a strong offer and was accepted.

I highly recommended Aaron Manfredi Real Estate to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Aaron helped us purchase our new home earlier this year. He helped us through the new-build process despite the many hiccups that arose with the builder. Every time an issue arose, Aaron was accessible and facilitated the discussions with our rep. He kept the process on target and was always professional. I could contact him whenever we needed anything. Even months after our purchase, Aaron is easy to reach and has great contacts. I would highly recommend him!
