This shop used to be a go-to because of its location and menu. However, more and more, I noticed how unclean this restaurant is. Sitting down, the tables are sticky, the cups are dirty, and the decorations add to the clutter.

Also, there are many times, especially in the morning, there is only one person helping in the restaurant -- not even a manager in sight. Drinks take much longer, and I don't know how people manage to wait for sandwiches.

The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because if made right, the sandwiches and drinks taste pretty good, but does not compensate the service and filth.

This was (was is the key word here) my favorite place to get coffee and work. amazing food excellent atmosphere. However, yesterday I left next door and went to the library to get a book coffee in hand. The parking gurd must have watched me leave and TOWED MY CAR. I called the management office and they said there was nothing they could do because I left the property. The coffee is good but it's not worth 160 dollars. I really hope you guys can get new parking management.

I'm insanely addicted to the curry soups they offer here! Sandwiches are always yummy, and the baked goods are perfection. It gets ridiculously busy when school is in session, so I recommend calling in your order if you don't have a lot of time. Other than that, this is one of my go tos for a quick, tasty bite in Blacksburg.

I go here all the time. Delicious sandwiches and pastries, and good drinks. The staff are incredibly nice and quick with orders even when it's busy.

Love the mugs of coffee here. Good bagel sandwiches and baked goods. Reasonable prices. Not my favorite atmosphere in Blacksburg, but still a good option for studying or meeting with friends.
