I rented 2 bed townhome. Very comfortable and spacious. Resort had everything you need right at walking distance: restaurants, stores, and etc. Full kitchen was definitely great. Service desk is available 24/7. Our 2nd floor heat was weak, called for service. Heat service guy came right away about 10 pm.

We love this place and have been staying here at least once per year for the last 5 years. Opting for the outdoor hot tub is a must! -1 star since we got a room that needed a toilet seat repaired before we checked in

Ive stayed here multiple times and every time it has been a great experience. The rooms have been clean and the service has been great. The private hot tub in the luxury suites is a nice touch at the end of a long day.

My girlfriends and I stayed at the hotel this weekend. Just a quick list of what we thought
PROS:
Really close to shopping, food and spas. There were lots of things within walking distance and if you didn't have a car this would be an ideal place to stay .
Nice staff that was really helpful with everything we asked from them.
I'm not sure how busy it was but we felt like it was really quiet and private.
The hot tub on the deck was great, however it is very shallow (basically an outside bathtub) and really only holds 2 people comfortably.
Great views of Park City mountain resort.
Nice fireplace and great windows and deck.
Cons:
They advertised a full kitchen however I think that a better description would be "full European kitchen". It was not what we expected and defiantly not something we would cook full meals in.
The bathroom had a huge window in it from the main room. It was up high out of the line of sight but you could see in it if you stood on the couch. Not something that is appealing at all in a shared room.
The pull out bed was very uncomfortable and the two bars were very painful to sleep on. The second night we just pulled the mattress out onto the floor and that was better. But would not offer pull out bed as a bed option for 2 adults.
I would recommend Newpark and would stay here again but I think they are generous in their descriptions and it fell a little short for us in a few areas.
**Basically I think the 4 person room advertised is realistically a 2 person room and would be great for a date night away.response / report this review -

Stayed here on our honeymoon. We enjoyed every aspect of it. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and not overbearing. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely beautiful room. Deffinately pay extra for the balcony rooms for the view worth every penny. Staff was extremely knowledgeable of the area,and very helpful.

Nothing bad to say about Newpark Resort. We stayed here for 2 nights in August and it was great. The hotel didn't seem busy at all, even though I know it was almost completely booked. The hot tub on the balcony was the best part. We also spent some time at the pool and gym, which were also both very nice. It's in a great location, close to everything - bowling alley, movie theater, restaurants, grocery store - all within walking distance. Also very close to the Tanger Outlets. No complaints at all!

My wife and I spent a night here and we loved it! The room was so nice. Huge tub, nice shower,very comfortable bed, and the hot tub on the balcony was so much fun. The only downside was that there were people in the adjoining room up late and the door between the rooms blocked no sound at all, we could hear their whole conversation. Considering the price for the room, that's a pretty big oversight, but the room was big enough that we could move into another room and not hear them. Overall, I would visit again.

We loved our stay at the New park Resort. It is close to many restaurants and shops that you can walk to. We had a room with a private balcony and hot tub. The bathtub was huge and great for soaking. The only thing we didn't love was the pool. It wasn't very big and half of it was roped off for swimming laps. Other than that we loved it.

Location was easy to get to. Staff was amazing and super friendly. They went the extra mile to ensure our stay was fantastic. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. We were extremely happy with our stay. Wish the hot tub was a little more private, but all the other aspects of the place now than made up for it.

We've stayed here twice and it's been lovely. I recommend getting the luxury suite. It comes with a very comfortable bed, spa bathroom, private hot tub, and kitchen. It makes for a great get away. I love how close the resort is to restaurants and other services. Ask for a room on a higher floor, closer to the nature preserve. The second floor in the West side can get a little loud.

It's a great place to stay. Easy access to all of Pack City's tourist offerings. Great access to many restaurants with in walking distance. And a really awesome staff.

Spend one night for a work holiday party. The rooms were so nice! Each room has a fireplace and it has a cozy lodge feel. Definitely would recommend this place to a friend and can't wait to go back. Perfect place to stay for a ski trip.
