Isi is FANTASTIC! I booked a hotel chooses rate about a month or so prior to staying and just called requesting 2 beds(thinking I would get a two queen standadrd room or something) due to traveling with my brother, and Isi hooked me up with a 2 room 1queen 1king suite. i was so happy at how kind he was. He is a gem, Keep him on staff! :)

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days and loved it! The front desk Staff was awesome as well as the cleaning ladies!!! The rooms were more amazing then what I had expected! The pool was a good add on for the kids well,they wanted to go every day!!Amazing stay!!!

Descent rooms: clean, spacious, dog friendly. But the location is not great. Right NEXT to the highway. (Loud). And next to lower rent apartments and a prison - we could have chosen a safer location to stay.

This hotel is in a great location with very easy freeway access, plenty of restaurants nearby, and excellent rooms, that help you almost feel like you're at home. The staff is great and friendly and really do a pretty good job at the 3 times a week appreciation dinners, (which my woefully lacking per diem certainly appreciates).

how this place has any good reviews is beyond me. I booked my stay on a weekend and this was way back in march. I called in june to make sure that i had the right hotel, and gave them an email address so i would have confirmation since i never received confirmation in the first place. That confirmation was never sent to my email especially AFTER i spelt it out for them. There for around the time of my stay i had to not stay at the hotel because i once again with no confirmation had no clue where my hotel was, nor did i know which one it was. Luckily i was traveling with my In-laws and they had booked a different hotel that was big enough for the 4 of us traveling. About 5:30 (while i was at my event that i had booked to stay in this hotel for) i received a call stating my card had declined and that if i had not contacted them by 6:30pm that the reservation would be canceled WELL! that's okay because due to crappy service provided I will not be booking here EVER again.

We are so happy to have found this place! We traveled for a baseball tournament and found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating for our large party. The hotel is clean and updated. The breakfast and snacks have been an added bonus. The kids LOVE the water slide and indoor pool. We will be staying here again when we travel to the area.

I was very impressed with this hotel! The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The pool is very fun for the kids as well.
I would have given five stars but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at the pool and at breakfast. The pool was very crowded and it was cold in the pool area because of an open door with a big fan blowing because the venting system wasn't working. The staff at breakfast couldn't keep up with demand and the juice machine wasn't working.
Other than the above problems, I had a great stay. I would go back again.response / report this review -

Horrible evening manager was very rude to guests and staff. The place was over priced for nothing special. They charged ten dollars more for us having an infant in the room with us. They also charge ten per person to swim if they are more then your room accommodates. Had planned a birthday party for my daughter here but they wanted 90 bucks extra for her toddler age friends to go swimming with us so we tried to cancel and they wouldn't give us a refund. Ended up paying to go to the rec center nearby to swim instead which was much more reasonably priced. Only 2.50 per person. I understand policy is policy and it wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't for my daughter's birthday but we paid 170 to stay one night and that wasn't enough. Also the bedroom ac was very weak and wouldn't stay on or go colder and the beds stayed hot the whole night. Was very uncomfortable. Finally the staff didn't care if people smoked by the front doors even though its clearly posted you must be 25 feet away. Had to walk through a group of smokers to get in the front door and could smell smoke through the lobby and the same evening manager lady didn't care and did nothing about it.

We stayed on the 3rd floor the room was amazing with 2 large rooms and a full service kitchen it felt like we were renting a furnished apartment. On and the pool has a water slide and kids fun center. This place is top notch.

Rooms were a good size with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the beds soft and cozy. They have a great buffet and the pantry has a nice selection of snacks at reasonable prices. We look forward to staying there again.

We came to stay just to get away from home. We wanted to be able to have a mini vacation with our kids. We thought it'd be fun because of the little water park they have. We did have a good time and my kids loved it. The room was clean and affordable. The breakfast was quite good as well. The only reason I didn't give this review 5 stars was because the slide at the water park was closed our entire stay. It was a little bit of a bummer as that was the main reason we picked that hotel. Wish we could have tried out that fun looking slide

Great hotel! Very clean and well taken care of. Lots of amenities. The water park in the hotel is amazing. Rooms are really big and having the kitchen was really helpful. Will definitely come stay again!
