This place is in a great location, really good restaurants within just a short drive. Easily accessible from 1604. VERY clean, friendly service, GREAT breakfast, and the most comfortable pillows in the world! I stay here every time I come to San Antonio and will continue doing so.

Good place for it's price. Location is a bit secluded, but near enough to landmarks. Rooms were nice and clean.

This is a very well run hotel and extremely close to campus.

Management has over 50 years combined experience and even has a trained dog to detect bugs! Always refer people on short term stays to them.

First all, when we arrived there was no receptionist at the front lobby. The doors were locked and we had to bang on the sliding doors and still one one heard us. It was until these two teenage boys let us in through the back door that we walked up to the lobby and that's when we noticed how dirty the floors were and the rugs were flipped over and had stains all over them. The receptionist didn't apologize and gave us our room which was on he first floor. When we entered the room it was extremely cold which i enjoyed. There was a faint smell again but we ignored and went straight to sleep since we have been on the road for 6 hours. The next morning we woke up to take a shower to realize there were bed bugs on the pillows and bed! We had bites on us and i immediately called Hotwire which is who I booked with. I had to cancel the additional night. NO ONE from the hotel ever spoke to us or apologized for the horrible event we went through.

Convenient for work, but would not book for vacation. It is very convenient to UTSA and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Rooms were clean, but ice makers didn't work and vending machines were empty. Hallways were warm, but a/c in room worked well.

This is a great hotel, the customer service was exemplary. I wish I knew the young mans name that seemed to always be there to assist us, I would see him at breakfast, and then again in the late evening when we returned, he recognized my daughter's candy apple green Magnum with flame graphics that we parked outside the side entrance, he was there to open the door when there was a mix up with our second nights stay and was right there to let us in as our card key wouldn't work, then went out of his way to bring the paperwork I needed to sign to us in the room so I didn't have to go to the front desk after a long day. He's great!!! We will definitely return next time I come to visit my daughter.

What an amazing stay! As we walked in we were welcome by a gentleman named Jacob! He really made our stay safe. HE IS ON TOP OF HIS JOB RESPONSIBILITY. He was all over the place and on top of what needed to be done. Thanks for a great reasonable stay!

No complaints. I did want to recognize the employee the young man that was working the front desk. I forgot his name, but he was always smiling and he was very friendly. I don't know when he sleeps but he seemed to be there most of the day and all night. He made sure my family didn't miss the fireworks and that we all had breakfast. The only thing I missed was a laundry area for the guests.

Rooms were very clean and the bathroom was spacious. Pillows were super soft. Breakfast was hot and good. Manager was amazingly nice, and even let us eat breakfast a little late. Will definitely stay again if I am in San Antonio.

For a budget hotel I was very impressed. All the employees were genuinely friendly. The room was clean and we had no issues. A full breakfast was provided at no additional cost including biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles etc. I would definitely recommend and will stay there in the future.

Very enjoyable visit can't think up anything to complain about. Great location for getting to the park early and fast. Pool is a little small for the size of the hotel but still enjoyable.

This place is amazing. It is an old bank building that is simply beautiful. The staff is wonderful; everyone is so helpful and friendly. I think our favorite part of the trip was the bartender at the 530 kickback - Annette! You can tell that this lady loves her job. She was fast, but still managed to engage with our group while she was making our drinks. We have all decided that we will stay at this particular location next time just because of Annette. Loved her!!
