  Donna was so patient and understanding with my over-protective, cat-mom requests! She gave me updates on a daily basis.. When I returned my cat, Ziggy, was very hesitant to leave Cats Cradle and her mini vacation to come home with me. Ziggy and I highly recommend Cats Cradle and will be back in the future.

  Zen was a very happy camper while staying at Cat's Cradle. Lovely clean rooms with beautiful views. Plenty of TLC. It's a gem. Thank you Donna!

  This is kitty heaven. Our sweet, old, beginning to have health challenges Siamese, has been very well cared for during her stays at Cats Cradle. Our second time there Gracie raised her tail in greeting and walked right up to Donna, something she reserves for a select few. Such peace of mind for us knowing Gracie is cozy and warm with a heated floor, sun coming in through the window, a full food bowl and playroom conversations with Donna. We think the price is extremely reasonable for the quality of care and lodging Donna provides to these occasionally finicky felines. Thank you!

  Cats Cradle was a Life Saver for us! When we found Cats Cradle we were at wits end. After a rocky beginning (Donna held our hand & helped us through), our three cats settled in & enjoyed their home away from home. Cats Cradle is a beautiful facility, spotless & comfortable. Donna is an exceptional person, who truly loves the cats. When your cats cannot stay home with you, we highly recommend Cats Cradle.

  Donna was so caring and patient with our two Maine Coon cats in May while we were traveling. Roman is a stubborn, rambunctious 2 year old who tried to take over as boss but after a couple of days he settled down nicely with Donna's love and determination . Our senior, Rocky, is coming up on 16 and quite tolerant of his new companion. We would not consider leaving either of them anywhere else.

  We used the service here for our two siamese cats. I was impressed! This is not your topical boarder. The private home has a custom outfitted building just for cats. Our boys enjoyed a large private room with a large window, high ceilings, climbing and scratching fixtures all in a climate controlled environment - it even has heated floods. Our cats hardly wanted to leave The cost was fare too.

  Our little babies - Kenny and Ziggy - had an incredible experience at Cat's Cradle in Black Mountain! I can't describe how happy we were with the wonderful care and love they received from Donna, who is an amazing human being and a true cat lover!the best you could hope for. Her sincerity and flexibility is evident from the first moment you speak with her. The facility was immaculate, and we loved that our kitties could be in their own private space during their stay, but also had opportunities to roam and explore in the common area with Donna while still isolated from the other cats. What a fantastic idea she dreamed up, and then executed so beautifully! Thank you, Donna!

  Thank you so very much for giving my kitty Romeo such a loving and comfortable weekend. He was obviously very much at home with you and the special attention you gave to him. Your accommodations are far beyond any I could have expected and your are such a sweet and gentle soul.
