These people have bent over backwards to help a friend of ours!!!
since may 25, 2017 I have tried to get solutions from this dealer with my accessible van that I purchased from them. the worst part is that they don't butter to respond. I need a part of the lift and no solution. they say that Braun Corporation is not responding. whatever the situation is, they new the van was meant to be exported to Nicaragua, and they should have consider seriously the quality of the lift. I have owned to prior vans, different brand of lift and NEVER HAD ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS. this van was purchased two years ago, and I have to have minimum every three months adjustments which is an expensive deal. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER AT ALL!!!!
We had a terrible experience with New Mobility Solutions. We want to share this to prevent anyone from having to go through what we did. Where to begin? How about when I walked in and the salesman told me, "The way the Owner views it, WE have something YOU need. Not the other way around." Hmmmm, I should have walked out right there. I didn't, against my better judgement. We worked with them for several weeks to purchase a handicap van (Toyota Sienna). When we went to pick it up, with the check in hand for the purchase, the AC did not work. They called us back the next business day and told us it had been fixed but they would not guarantee it would stay fixed for ANY length of time -- not even 30 days. Just as all of the other reviews have stated: New Mobility Solutions will TELL you they will help you if anything goes wrong in the near future -- but when I asked them to actually put it in writing, they promptly called me and said they were returning our deposit and that they "sell 20 of these vans a month" -- so they didn't want my business. Wow! The arrogance! I am not cheap, dishonest or difficult to deal with. But I also expect the same of any business I am patronizing -- keep it on the up and up and I will pay a fair price and write you a glowing review and refer everyone I know. Unfortunately, New Mobility Solutions did not do that. When I am spending over $30k for a vehicle, I expect to be treated decently. I am SO GLAD we dodged this bullet. Please steer clear of this business -- in my personal experience they were arrogant, dishonest and not willing to stand behind their product even for a short period of time. On top of that, despite remaining polite and agreeable, they were rude, condescending, and unappreciative of the business. Take your money elsewhere!
!!!!!!DO NOT!!!!!! TAKE ANYTHING TO THESE PPL FOR REAL THEY WILL GIVE U THE RUN AROUND, NOT EVEN A GOLF CART U WANNA TRUST THEM WITH. WHEN YOUR STUFF IS DONE THEY PROLLY WOULDN'T EVEN CALL YA TO TELL YA CUZ THEY NVR CALL U BK.
THE ATTITUDE THEY GAVE ME SAYING Y FIX IT U ONLY USE THE CAR FOR A HAY HALLER ANYWAY. LIKE WHAT THE.IM IN WHEELCHAIR I ONLY HAVE ONE CAR,SO THK U VERY MUCH FOR ALL U GUYS HAVE NOT DONE FOR ME I WILL B DOING EVERYTHING I CAN TO TAKE MY CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. SRY FOR WHATEVER I DID TO MAKE MY VAN CONVERSION SUCH A DIFFICULT TASK THAT I WAS FORGOTTEN ABOUT.I CAN'T GIVE A NO STAR SO 1 I HAVE TO DOI GAVE 34,000 FOR A USED VAN WTH CRAZY AND ALL THESE PROBLEMS THEY MAY ACT FRIENDLY BUT QUESTION WHATS A ACT.
YOUR'S TRUELY
THE FORGOTTEN CONVERSION
My wife and I have a 12 year old son with Angelman Syndrome. We have bought 2 vehicles from New Mobility Solutions and they have always done us right. We love Isaac and his entire team!
Unscrupulous place to work. Owners are bizarre, extremely unprofessional, and immature. I would not recommend this place, for conducting business, or otherwise.
They sold me a vehicle in which before even receiving vehicle my boyfriend asked them if he could see the technicians 'used car inspection sheet' that was done before car was put up for sale. They ended up doing an inspection report the day asked. After requesting that he was told by them directly over the phone an 'oil change had been done'.
Had my first car service at a Honda dealership today since the purchase. The technician brought us back after a short time and showed us that the drain plug was over tightened and had silicone around it to keep it from leaking. Costing $550.00 to have oil pan replaced.
The serpentine belt broke within the first couple weeks of the delivery of the van. New mobility took the van back replacing the serpentine belt but neglected timing belt. Apparently, that is needed to be inspected and changed at the time of break. Due to the neglect of that we have to pay another $1000 out of pocket for a new belt to insure that it doesn't break and cause catastrophic failure to the engine.
Car had no power steering before purchase was not inspected or known when car was delivered by New Mobility costing another $330.00 to replace pump and reservoir.
Had several issues initially mechanically with the ramp and automatic door when delivered and taken possession of. Having to send it back upon delivery several times ,including not functioning properly during initial demonstration, being redelivered with a dead battery and had to go back to be replaced, and relays failing upon delivery and them having to replace mechanical inner workings of the ramp.
Had issues with window fuses blowing when multiple windows were rolled down and was told by New Mobility General manger "that you could not roll down multiple windows at the same time" (even though Honda spent $300 million to test variable cam timing and that they wouldn't overlook rolling down windows.)
Overall experience is that they took advantage of a girl in a wheel chair. The very people they are supposed to be out helping.
They received a $21,000 dollar check from my insurance company and got another almost $9,000 from me.
Looked them in the eyes multiple times initially and told Frank that "I needed something reliable that would at least last 7 years (because my insurance was locking me into a 7 modification contract) and that I was trusting them. Was let down deeply.
