I reserved a Ford van to shuttle the guests for our daughter's wedding from two local motels to the beach for the service and back to the VRBO for the reception. A few days before the wedding, Eddie upgraded us to a Mercedes Sprinter when he learned we had elderly guests who would find that an easier experienceat no extra charge.
The wedding day was blessed by the imminent arrival of Tropical Storm or Hurricane or Whatever-he-was Natethe 5:00 p.m. ceremony was moved up two hours to 3:00 p.m., in order that guests could catch flights that had been changed or would be cancelled due to the storm.
I contacted Eddie to see if a two hour earlier time frame was even possible and he immediately set my concerns to rest. The limo was there on time, everyone made it to the ceremony and the driver, Jay, was extremely polite and professionaland drove through the rising storm later in the evening to return our guests safely to their hotels.
I can't say enough about the service and professionalism of D'Luxe Limo. Outstanding customer service does still exist. Thank you to Eddie and Jay. You guys rock.response / report this review -

We were guests at the wedding in Fort Walton Beach and the transportation was provided by D’luxe Limousines. My wife and I, having traveled quite a bit in our years together, were very impressed by the level of service provided by the team of professionals at D'luxe. The vehicles were clean and luxurious, the chauffeurs were courteous and professional, and the transportation logistics of the entire event were extremely well organized. We had a very pleasurable experience and highly recommend this company for your next event. Great job!

Two people from our office had to travel to Ft. Walton Beach for business. Eddie and Kevin were so incredibly efficient, professional, and kind to our staff that we cannot recommend this company enough for all of your transportation needs in the area. Eddie was a wiz in arranging the pickups and drop-offs and Kevin came for the pickup at the airport on time and took the time to make sure our staff knew where to go eat around the hotel. He was even worried about them having an umbrella in the pouring rain.
They made our administrative staff life SO MUCH easier! And the price was reasonable to boot.
