We love it here. A bit pricy. No more than 7 springs. Way better service. Especially if your staying here.
Spa is being made into 5 star. Food is great. Will def be going back.

Every year the family and I head to Nemacolin for a walk through the mansion to look at the amazing decorations and have lunch at the tavern. We are never disappointed. This is a destination spot that is worth the trip. Not the place for a cheap lunch, but you are paying for a luxury experience. From the gorgeous lobby to the oppulant shops this will always be an annual tradition for my family.
I had a great time with family enjoying the Christmas lights and shops at the chateau. It's a beautiful setup and is free and open to the public. We can't afford shopping there but it's so nice just to walk through and see the sights. There is an ice cream shop, shell museum, aquarium, and many shops to enjoy. I highly recommend a visit.
Beautiful resort, especially around the holidays. Lots to do, but be ready to pay for it. Spa is great, but accessing it is the only way to use their indoor pool. Autumn and Aqueous are just so so for the price, service is hit or miss and foro isn't on part with other pricey restaurants you would find in say Pittsburgh. The rooms are large, quiet, and comfortable. My wife and I go at least once a year and always thoroughly enjoy our time here.
This place is next level! The customer service is above and beyond. The service is just amazing. There are so many activities and different things to do, we didn't get to them all in 1 weekend. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back! We stayed at falling rock and it was beautiful! Would love to try the lodge next. There are shuttles to bring you all around the property. There's live music at caddy shack. The food at aqueous and caddy shack were fantastic. Brunch at lautrec was just ok. The foliage this weekend was just beginning but still beautiful!
The resort provides a well rounded experience, no matter what your tastes. From the rich history of the area to the shooting range. They have fine dining and family fun too. You want to go off road, sure, they have that too. Like to gamble? Check out the casino Shuttles run 24/7. Not to mention the golf courses and zoo, and I probably missed half the amenities they offer. Great place to visit either for work or play. Friendly staff and all around great place to visit.
Was here a few weeks back for an adult gathering and had a fabulous time. While my partner and I ended up spending the night at differing rooms on opposite sides of the resort; we both enjoyed our evening thoroughly. The breakfast the following morning was outstanding, and the food in general was top notch. The outdoor activities were also fun, if that's your thing.
Great food. Great staff. Lots to do. We took 3 kids ages 6, 6 and 2. And was surprisingly fun two rooms and stayed at the lodge.
Just took my wife here for our 10 year anniversary. Wanted to do something different and we got it. We did zip lining, off roading jeep tour and clay shooting and they were all awesome. We left the kids at home for this one but there is tons for kids to do also. We spent two nights and that was enough to get everything in. We stayed in the lodge and it was more than fine. No need to pay for a more expensive room.
I was here for a 3day business meeting. Staff was excellent, always friendly. Public spaces are very well maintained and enjoyable, with tons of shops and places to sit. One minor ding is that the catering for the event was just OK.
Breakfast at Autumn was absolutely phenomenal and the service was outstanding. Always enjoy my visits to Nemacolin. The grounds are also gorgeous; if you're in the area I highly recommend stopping in for a meal or even just to see the place.
Beautiful grounds and art. Well organized activities of all types. Excellent range of incredible restaurants. A perfect retreat for work or play.
The resort was beautiful! The staff was courteous and very helpful. There is plenty to do for everyone in a family from young to old. The restaurants were good, banquet food sub-par. The rooms were plush and bed comfortable. However, I was disappointed in how thin the walls were. I could here everything going on in the room next to me as though they were in my room. My friend experienced the same thing in her room. Make sure you take earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Also, they didn’t have a coffee maker in the room. There was complimentary coffee in the hall from 6-11am, but if you didn’t get there by 7 it was empty and even when I called, it didn’t get refilled. I also prefer to have my coffee before I get dressed. In addition, there wasn’t a mini-fridge either. For a place that seems to pay attention to details, they missed a few of convenience when it came tot eh amenities provided in the rooms.
The resort truly lives up to the hype and its impressive reputation. Everything from the room amenities, to the service provided by resort staff, to the food and architecture of the facilities were top notch. Everyone among our group who was staying at Nemacolin for a professional event was sad to leave when it was over. Personally, it was one of the most enjoyable stays I've ever had away from home.
