The company I work for transferred me and while waiting for my living situation to get resolved they put me up at the hotel. Upon check-in I was checked into a dirty room complained and they did nothing. The room smelled of wet dog in that smell did not dissipate over the 15 days I was there. Their so-called breakfast consists of oatmeal andPrepackaged muffins but if you’re not down there by 6:30 AM there’s nothing to be found. The overall staff is exceptionally rude and with it being an extended stay obnoxious guests door slamming at all hours of the night and just overall a dirty in bad experience
1 star is the lowest score it would let me give,it would not allow me to give it a 0 stars!! Are experience started from the botched reservation. We reserved a suite with a king bed and was given a studio with 2 full beds!!once in the room there were several crusty areas of notice beginning with the toilet that we had to personally use sanitizer wipes before using because of the noticable urine that runs down from the front of the toilet for those whose aim is not quite on the mark!! Lol so to speak..The no smoking sign in the the dirty bathroom was particularly funny given the cigarette burn marks near one of the less then full bedswhich both had black hair in the sheets once the bed sheets were pulled backNot my hair I have a shaved head hahaha. Not sure who the left behind the dirty boxer briefs and black socks under the sink vanity. AGAIN one of many points of filthy interest in this room that appeared to have not been cleaned in months other then making the dirty bedIf someone of authority in this establishment would like to speak to me on this review I would be HAPPY to send them pictures of the filth that I paid for!!!! We were afraid to use the microwave due to the built up crust that was clearly visible when you opened the door!!It would appear as though the hotel is ran by the Night Auditor which is the very person that gave me a kitchen pot of ice when I asked where are the ice machines!! She said they expect you to make YOUR own iceI told her lady it's midnight I won't be staying up to watch it freeze!!! So she gave me a what appeared to be a 10 year old scruffy pot with iceway to represent your brand Extended Stay America!! By far the filthiest place I've ever waisted my MONEY!!
Give 5 if clean the room every day and a bit more choice for the break fast
The rooms here are nice, quiet for the most part.
The ability to have your pet is wonderful, and the price is right.
However the one girl we've dealt with most at the front desk is unbelievably frustrating on many occasions. She never comes to the desk, and often times she is out back in the rear parking lot hanging out and chatting with who I believe are patrons at their vehicle but am unsure.
I would absolutely recommend staying here, however. It's the best option of the few nearby hotels.
Clean, affordable, and safe neighborhood. The staff was attentive and kind.
Good rates nice place. Some of the overnight staff could use a customer service class or two. But overall not a bad experience
Decent accommodations. No weight room or quiet areas outside of the room. Breakfast was meager and coffee was was usually empty after morning rush.
Not a bad hotel but even the non-smoking room smelled like smoke.
Most excellent hotel managed and Maintained in high state of standards however lacking in ada code doors the do have parking and pathways to ads code leading to all doors but not self handicapped ada code door actuwaters and and mechanical doors found on and used by every ada code grocery doors in America. They did and install to adaada codes doors then they will warant a justifiable rating from me a degreed architectural technologist a high standing member of gamma tau fraternity of honored engineers.
Smells like smoke when you first walk in. Not sure how good they really clean since we found an old bar of soap in the bathroom. Front desk was rude when we asked for a late check out. Front desk unattended quite often. I would recommend a better hotel
I will never stay at this hotel ever again. The rooms were dirty. There was chewed gum in our bed and human hair. When we got to our second room, we read a review that they just recently had bed bugs so we decided to go stay at another hotel.
