Terrible customer service. This store does not abide by their return policy. I've shopped at Neimans for over 20 years and I've never needed nor tried to return an item before. I'm disgusted with the response I've received from the return department when trying to send an item back. I can see why overall company sales are rapidly declining for this retailer. That item was my last purchase from Neiman Marcus.

The holiday season without any hassle. Great shoe selection and very helpful with ordering a different size if not available in the store. The sales associates in the shoe and women's clothing are very helpful and on many occasions help me match up shoes or a clothing item to match some of my Prescott from wardrobe selection. Their perfume counter is also great and they are more than generous to let you have a sample to take home to see how the fragrance wears before you decide to purchase. On occasion you can get some great purses and even Christian Loubution shoes on sale which are not advertised online.

I absolutely love the new inclusion of true high-fashion designers such as Givenchy, Fendi, Versace, etc. in the men's section (as for years there were no clothing brands worth shopping for), HOWEVER, I literally can never find a single article of clothing in my size. Everything this store carries in the men's section ranges from Medium to 3XL. There are never any XS or S clothing items. Please fix this, as I would be much more likely to purchase something other than shoes and accessories when I come in.

The customer service experience was very bad. The Black People in the men section need to be trained in doing their job so that all customers and not just white people should be equally treated and greeted when walking through the door.

The manager should should be fire! Corporate Office will be contacted by me personally.

They are highly rude and unprofessional. I called to see if they had a few Gucci T-shirts and before I could finish explaining what I was looking for she just cut off in mid sentence and said "We Don't have no Gucci T-shirts in the store"! I mean you let the customer finish his or her question before you rudely interrupt them. Online ordering isn't much better. I have ordered from them in the past for overnight shipping and the day my package was suppose to arrive after getting an email confirming the date to expect my package it never showed up! I called them and asked them what was going on and they said well the package won't get to you until three days later the shipping date has change. So, my question is why wouldn't you call the customer to let them know and to take off the charge for overnight shipping why do I have to contact you? Like who do you think you are to be treating customers like that?? I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME!! This company is TRASH!!!

It is a beautiful store with lots of choices -- if you are in THAT income bracket. For the rest of us if you are willing to pay substantially more than something is worth, or for something unusual, or for a gift that you can give in a Neiman Marcus bag --- this is definitely your shop. My son was going to a party and wanted to wear something different (read: above our station, but I wont say that) and because he never asks for anything I said ok. He bought a pair of Michael Kors joggers and a True Religion shirt -- it set me back nearly $400. He was happy as a lark and the gentleman helping him was very kind so it was an ok excursion. I feel kind of certain had we looked around a lot we could have gotten both items cheaper. Last week I purchased a pair of addidas sneakers for him there -- they were $110, in other places I saw them about $20 cheaper again, I knelt before the NM shopping bag. Call me Shallow (and Broke.) The costume jewelry, the make up and accessories -- all look wonderful in their display cases. If you dont have to look at prices -- this is the place. The shoes--now that, IMHO, is for people LOOKING at prices and needing to pay extortionate sums --no pair of shoes is worth nearly a thousand dollars, sorry. Of course, no paper shopping bag is worth $30, so I guess my ego fix comes cheaper lol.

Don't make the mistake of going into the store expecting a second floor exit - that is found at Nordstrom directly next door. Apparently this is a common enough error that the staff will quickly remark on your mistake in a callous and demeaning fashion. You only get one opportunity at hello and this store didn't operate with that in mind. Why shop here for clothes when the individual named brands have outlets directly next door? Not I.

A great shopping experience. The customer service is great at the shoe department and provide water for you. You can ship your shoes from online to the store to be able to try them on to make sure you like them. The staff is also helpful if they do not have your size and offer great fashion advice and recommendations for shoe style based on your choice of outfit or purpose for the shoe. Big Christian Louboutin selection, Gucci, Prada to name a few. There annual sale you can score some great handbags and shoes for a deep discount.
