My wife and I have been here for a year now. Never had a single complaint. The management is great, our neighbors are all friendly, and the rates are competitive!

This was one of the worst apartment experiences I have had. When I first moved in I had issues that needed to be fixed it took weeks for them to come "fix" them only to realized they half assed them and I still had the issue and good luck ever getting someone to actually answer the phone at the office or give you a call back. When I moved from there I was hit with a "property damage" fee for leaving the trash outside my door for the pickup crew to get (although that's one of the fees you are forced to pay for in your rent). I would not suggest moving here to anyone.

This has been my worst living experience by far. The office staff is LAZY. All they do is sit there and feed you lies. MAny of these buildings have a roach infestation. NOTHING GETS FIX. NOTHING AT ALL EVER GETS FIXED!!! The maintenance staff are worthless and always do a half ass job. THe property manager has never been seen anywhere at this hell hole. This place is straight trash. DO not believe the pictures! Nothing here is new. Better off living in Macdougald Terrace. Naaveila Shaimemanya
Stay away from this place!!! The management team is very disrespectful and lack quality interpersonal skills. They lie and I suspect they steal money from the residents as well. I just moved out of this place in october and was obliged to do so. They charged me many unnecessary fees while staying there and were very rude to not only myself but other residents. I know many persons have complaints and have moved from there.

Please do NOT move here--they'll get you in with an ok rate and then jack the price up on you a year later. I got a rent increase of $200+ AT ONCE then when I spoke to the regional manager she acted as if it was nothing because at their other apartments some people's rent are going up by $300+ so it's not just me. I genuinely felt taken advantage of with such hikes in rates. I fought tooth and nail against it--in the end they still raised it by ~$100. I know quite a few people including my neighbor who were forced to move because they just couldn't afford the increased rates. And to make matters worse you get nothing more, not a fixture upgrade, clean carpets, nothing. If anything ever gets broken, good luck trying to get it fixed. You'll be waiting for weeks-- when they do come, it's half-assed then you'll be waiting another couple of weeks to have the same problem fixed again. In a nutshell, this place sucks.

Oh and the responses from the Owners to these reviews--I'll just say belief them at your own risk!

The maintenance and cleaning staff are horrible , I moved in July 30 and there was so much broken in the apartment and it was 3 months later before they came and half ass fixed it. They don't keep the apartment complexes clean on the outside , cobwebs and spiderwebs constantly build up. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone move here and not to even renew your lease .

Rent went up 10% after a year. People in the management office are nice but they do not have control over the lease rate. They send an email to whoever decides upon the lease rate and that "person" never responds. The management gives you false hope that they might be able to help to reduce the price hike - "DO NOT FALL FOR IT".Expect for the rent to go up and to DEAL with it.. Moving is a pain, so I guess I have to deal with it.

We are about to vacate the apartment in which we lived for 2 years. The leasing office staff are to our experience, one of the best. Rachel in particular went above n beyond to accommodate some things for us. She is very friendly, professional and in fact we became friends as time passed on. The new management is really good (Tammy & Nina) in handling requests and so are the service personnel..
We enjoyed staying @ Mission University Pines!! Thank You.
