Staff Is friendly an knowledgeable - fur kids are greeted by name and Dr Miller's bedside manner is the best. My very timid Dane loves everyone on staff, especially Jordan and Dr Miller. Care is exceptional with great advise given and little to no wait time

I rarely have to wait to see the vet here and all of the employees seem to really care about my dogs.

Durham Animal Hospital, and Dr. Miller specifically, are great! I've been taking my two dogs there for a few years now and have always been happy. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Recently, one of my dogs had surgery on both hips the same day (she had hip dysplasia). Dr. Miller and the staff made me feel very comfortable about the whole thing and were great to my pup. They were cost-conscious, so I don't feel I overpaid for the surgery and subsequent treatment/checkups. And my girl is doing great post-surgery!

Dr. Miller and his staff clearly want to provide the best service possible. They have been caring for my animals for the past 7 years and I have always been pleased with them. They are sensitive to cost and providing necessary care while keeping my money in mind!

My little dog got into a bar of chocolate and I rushed her to the Durham Animal Hospital. It was my first visit and I was extremely worried about the state she was in. Dr. Miller did a thorough check on her and was able to stabilize her until I could get her to the emergency room. He stayed late to make sure she was okay. The staff was very supportive and did everything they could to ease the stress of the situation. I would recommend them if you need someone who really cares about taking care of your pet like you would!

Greed shameful!! While the physical services may have been wonderful, attitude takes away from whatever greatness there might be. Dr. Miller's failure to honor an agreed-to price for services is shameful. Generous donors offered to help a pup in need, who'd been dumped. Dr. Miller agreed to perform the operation for a set fee but when he saw the excess funds raised (which were to cover future care and care for other strays in need in the future), he decided to up his fee and demand the whole amount. Shameful, at the least. Another example of greed before care.
