I'm really sad to say that one of my favorite places has begun to deteriorate. Ever since they moved all the food prep to the back, behind the grimy shower curtain, the service has dramatically declined. Orders are wrong, the cleanliness is gone, and the wait for a sandwich is ridiculous. I've been a fan of this place ever since they took over the Jersey Mikes that was here- but this long time fan is now on the hunt for a new local deli. : (

Went there for the first time yesterday and the hoagie and sandwich had plenty of meat on them. Two of three guys that worked there were pleasant, but the big guy who did the slicing of the meat don't have great people skills. He didn't even greet us when we walked in to place our order. Food great, customer service skills could use some work

I urge anyone who reads this to eat here instead of a fast food chain or franchises. The food here is phenomenal. The quality of meats, perfectly soft bread, friendly atmosphere cannot be matched. I can't wait to return.

A hole in the wall sandwich joint with loads of character, warm staff, and incredible tasty sandwiches! This place definitely over-delivered what I was expecting.

I got the Neighbors Melt sandwich and a side of spicy mac. Both were incredible! The sandwich was hot, with gooey cheese, LOTS of carmelized onions, and great tasting sliced ribeye. The rye sub bun was a perfect pairing.

Definitely would go back and try as many sandwiches as possible. They apparently have breakfast all day too.

EDIT: The california breakfast sandwich is incredible! Get it on the waffle to add sweetness. This is an enormous sandwich with something like 8 pieces of bacon on it. My mind is blown. Where has this place been hiding??
