We had a custom wood door made and installed and have had problems with it since the beginning. I recently called to get a tech to come out and fix it, and they promised they would call me back to schedule and never did. I waited a week and called back again, and once again was promised that someone would call me back to schedule. Once again, no one called. Called back a third time, and they scheduled me right away, but no apology or even an acknowledgment of the missed commitments. I arranged to go in late to work to make sure I was here for the 7a appointment. At 710a, I get a text letting me know the tech is not coming because they’re sick. The same thing happened a previous time when they came to fix the door. To say it’s been a terrible experience is an understatement. I purchased an expensive custom door so I wouldn’t have to deal with second hand service but unfortunately that’s all we’ve received. It’s a beautiful door and I understand problems can happen, what I don’t understand is the poor service. Don’t recommend this place at all.

We had an excellent experience from order to installation - we had a very large 3 panel door that they did a really great job on - this home also has two corner windows that they special ordered and installed- the quality of all windows is great and the crew we had both times were professional, polite, accommodating and very nice. I got 3 bids and Freelite definitely was the best. Thanks!

Leo,Charles and Dugan arrived on time! They were very professional and installed 6 windows. I was impressed how they each did their tasks with precision! They cleaned up as if they were never here. Excellent job! Windows look excellent! Thank you!

If you have been on the fence about upgrading your historic windows like I was you will appreciate this review.
What an amazing expereince from begining to end! They are professional, responsive, patient ( I changed my mind a lot). They were not pushy, and listened to my concerns and made reccomendations. The install crew was quick and polite. Clenaed up very well and loved my dogs. Everyone I expereinced at Freelite is incredible. Thanks !response / report this review -

Good price Great workmanship on time professional service. Cannot stress how pleased I am. I did not discover them until after I ordered some windows elsewhere. They have delivered and installed before the other company and I ordered after the other company. I have an automatic skylight and 14 windows installed. 90 percent complete in one day. They will finish up tomorrow.
