  I was initially very pleased after meeting Zach, one of the owners of the business, and securing his support in installing solar equipment and a solar arch that I had purchased in preparation for a longer sail trip.
  It was apparent that Zach was very knowledgeable on electrical systems on boats. He did a great job installing our system initially, but then became less responsive and involved on the solar arch install. He ended up giving that part of the project out to another worker and his wife after laying it out for them with his partner. The other crew made several very clear mistakes including leaving the only 4 bolts that connect the legs to the boat hand loose and improperly countersinking and installing the provided hardware using the provided instructions. See pictures below. I brought this to the attention of Zach, who did take off 3 hours of time to account for the issues when he returned to wire up the remaining parts of the electrical system. In the end, I ended up paying over $3200 in labor to install this arch paying $130/hr for each person involved, which most definitely wasn’t communicated to me as the project progressed. I was unimpressed and would not recommend this company for this type of project. I would also recommend that any potential customers very clearly discuss expectations, how the rate will be charged when other helpers are involved, and that you have a plan for detailed quality assurance or you’ll likely feel less than happy because you won’t receive $130/hr quality.
  
  Update, I have also identified the placement of the arch to be 2 inches off from side to side. I was unable to be at the boat when Coast to Coast called for final placement, but I am very disappointed as it doesn’t look like they measured at all after closer inspection. This job will have to be redone.

  $115 per hour two hour minimum. Tech shows up with a second person unqualified trainee. I was nailed $425 for 3 hours. Two issues #1 air horn and Windless. Tech failed on air horn power and corrected windless solenoid wiring. 🤢 Beware. Steve the owner called and said he would make it right.a month has gone by and he's a no show. 12/15/2020 he walked right by my boat and repaired another boat. He noticed my boat 4x walking by. So much for their supposed concern. Not recommended!zero stars

  Steve and his team were outstanding to deal with. I have a much older small American sailboat that was really in need to some upkeep The thought of hiring several different companies to help with electrical, apholstry, and rigging left me with "analysis paralysis " but Steve and his crew were able to handle all of it for me One stop shopping 🌈🌈🌈🌈
  5 stars all the way Steve's professional yet laid back personality really makes a stressful situation a much better experience!

  Great knowledged professional service, I am very meticulous and detailed oriented. Steve and the staff at Coast to Coast Marine always satisfy my needs and always have a solution to any problem thrown their way. I will be a customer for life and would definitely recommend them for any service, they do a better job than anyone else and are very reasonably priced, never overcharge

  I have a 1988 34 Catalina Sailboat, I purchased it as a project and it needed a lot of TLC. Starting this project I quickly found out how hard it is to find reliable, experienced, and professional mechanics to take care of it - until I stumbled upon Coast to Coast. These guys are fantastic! I’ve had their team redo my electrical system with a new panel, connecting all lights, wall sockets, bilge pumps etc and it came out perfect. I can’t thank these guys enough, especially the owner Steve, he’s always there when I have questions or need to reschedule. One of the great things about Steve is his communication and keeps you updated unlike other companies in the boating business. Highly recommended! Eddie Costa
