Company was contracted to fix our tub by our apartment management company. At first seemed fine, they called to schedule and Janet was super friendly. Day of they showed up an hour late and never called to let us know they were running late. We had to call multiple times to figure out when the tech was showing up. The tech was really nice and did a good job. Down side was no one told us how long he would take, had we known it was going to be 4 hours worth of work we would have made plans rather than sitting there waiting. Overall communication was horrible and I would never use again.

CALbath staff were all very helpful. It started with our estimator, Darrell, who was very helpful in helping us with our design and products to use. He discussed options, then met us at the showroom to see the products and colors options. Once we agreed on a plan, he was available to us for questions and followed our progress throughout the project. Once the HOA approval and City Permit were approved, the installation progressed quickly. Colin, our installer was excellent. He arrived on time, handled all of the inspections, and did and excellent job. He was very professional, kept us informed regarding the status, and demonstrated all of the products once installed. I would highly recommend CALbath, both Darrell and Colin.

CALbath went out of their way to meet a deadline I had. I needed to get my shower/tub system replaced before my roommate returned from vacation. They were able to meet the deadline and the results are beautiful. I get compliments from my family and neighbors.

Everyone at CalBath was professional and friendly. I wanted a "full service" bath remodeling company. I wan't interested in shopping for all of the new bathroom fixtures and furnishings, I wanted to pick them our at a showroom and be done. They have a small but complete showroom and were available when we wanted to stop in even during the pandemic. All of the tradesmen Collin, David, Jimmy, Jesus and Javier were professional, on time and communicative. We love our new bathroom and are thankful that it was completed within 3 weeks, as promised from top to bottom!

Our old original tub finally rusted through in our 63 year old home. Time for a new shower over tub. So we did a complete demo & installed a new acrylic tub/shower combo replacement with fixtures and plumbing with CALbath Reno and it turned out as promised! What I like about CALbath, besides the job quality, was their responsiveness and follow-up by the entire staff, from sales to final installation, and even after the job was complete. We need more of this in the remodeling industry. Others should look to CALbath as having a superior business model - well done!
