I have been in love with Native Sun for years. It's my go-to place for multivitamins, essential oils, and natural soaps. The employees have always been pleasant and helpful. When I go, I usually go for one specific thing, but I love browsing around, too.

Great selection, loved the selection of healthy food. Shop here frequently, and their sandwich bar is a bit slow but very good, or at least the sandwiches I tried were.

I find everything I need here. If I don't see it/ find it, store will get it as they are very customer oriented and want everyone satisfied. Awesome.

Great place for healthy foods and I always see a lot of people waiting at the deli but I have never tried the deli food, great selection of bulk items like nutritional yeast, great produce, other hard-to-find items that no one else carries

Good selection, but high prices and poor customer service. The lady working the nutritional supplements section is rude and treats inquiring customers as nuisances. Shop at Earth Fare instead.

Good quality food and produce. Great smoothies and juice bar. Fresh coffee too. Tasty salads and soup counter. Fresh sandwiches and wraps. Relaxing. Quiet shopping experience. Advisor on hand in the vitamins department. Excellent customer service !!!

I have been going to Native Sun for over 10 years. I have shopped at the new locations as they have opened. When the new stores open, everything is wonderful. Then the service and food goes dramatically downhill. I won't order food from Mandarin location ever again because of how I have been treated, and how much they mess it up. The beaches location is great right now. I hope it lasts. I tried to eat at the Baymeadows store today. My sandwich was $9, I got 4 cold shrimp, a super thin slice of tomato, & a few thin strands of onion. I asked for the side salad that the beach gives you with it. They said they don't do that. Such a shame, it is so difficult to find good, quality food.

Brunch here is great! You have to try the extra creamy guilt free cheese grits! The bacon is cooked perfectly! If you like it crispy then you may not like them. Grab a fresh juice or coffee and you're set! Quick, delicious & healthy!

The staff is typically less than helpful.
If you have any questions at all, they tend to treat you like you're bothering them.

I have had to complain to management several times over the last few years (about the hot bar staff), which is very unusual for me to even bother doing.

I would expect a FAR friendlier staff considering their inflated prices.
And while I am glad that they are both in business, I would prefer Whole Foods over native sun any day.

Edit: I appreciate the response, however I have spoken to Matt (A manager) several times and while he was kind and apologetic---
nothing has ever changed.
I really hope that the 'changes' you guys are undertaking involve the willingness to be helpful & friendliness of your staff & the efficiency of how your food is served. As I am not the only person to find them/it less than excellent. Thank you.

This is my store! I absolutely cannot say enough about the wonderful selection of fruits and vegetables, which are all organic. The pricing is fabulous, especially since it IS organic. The quality is stellar - stuff I bring home lasts forever in my fridge. Beyond produce, they have a really great selection of other items too. I especially love the bulk spices section. There is a ton of stuff that is way cheaper to buy in bulk than in regular containers. They have an awesome smoothie bar, and I love getting wheat grass shots! And, they have a hot/cold foods bar, with grab 'n go options too. I love this store!
