I am not there daily to observe, but if it is true that they treat their puppies well while they are there to be sold, that is wonderful. However, even if that is the case, it does NOT make up or change the fact that their puppies they are selling come from puppy mills! Treating them good while you are selling them does NOT justify your support for the horrendous puppy mills for you get the dogs to sell.

I wish our experience is as good as all of yours. We purchased a puppy from here. I fell very sick landing me in the hospital for several days. With broken hearts we knew with my diagnosis I the main caregiver of our beautiful pup wouldn't be able to continue to do so any longer. We referred back to the store for help willing to pay the costs of restock fees and such. We were basically told we will end up having to pay out upwards of 2600.00 to return our baby. So take heed in purchasing a dog from here and something life changing happening. They are not willing to help at all but charge you over the moon for the return. We opted to keep our beautiful girl and will find a way to make it work. Beware they don't disclose they don't only charge a restocking fee but a fee of over 50.00 dollars a day that you have had the pup.

I would like to reply to Krystle Padgett's post and clarify the facts. It was rumored that our business wanted the CCACC event stopped. This is very untrue, Floor and Decor and the Crossroads Management are working with us so we can participate in the next event. Puppies Galore & More has offered to donate food and toys to each dog adopted at the event. When events are planned through proper channels we can all work together to make the event a success. I find it unfortunate that rumor mills have started on social media before verifying the facts.

I purchased a puppy from Puppies Galore and More and have had her for about 2 months. She started to wake up in the night vomiting so I took her to be checked out at a vet. Not only did this store sell me a puppy with hookworms, she also has whipworms which I was told by the vet aren't even in this area and my dog had to have been brought here from somewhere up north. To pay over 1,000 dollars for a dog and then learn she is so sick is infuriating. Although I love my pup I would NEVER buy from this business again and suggest others don't as well. These poor puppies come from puppy mills and although they are cute and cuddly, they could be very ill.

I have frequented the store in search of the right puppy for my wife and have always been greeted with a smile. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I finally decided to purchase a dog and it really was just s great experience. I would highly reccommend this place to anyone who is interested in finding a quality pet for their family.

I stopped by Puppies Galore on 7/6/17 and couldn't take my eyes off a tiny, white, perfect Chihuahua. A woman named Susan (Sue) saw me looking into a pin (that you had to ask for assistance to hold this tiny baby) and asked me if I wanted to hold it. I said yes and fell in love. She allowed me to hold the dog for over an hour and gave me tons of information on the puppy and was very upfront about how to care for a dog this small. I called my husband afterwards and sent him pictures and told him we have to have this dog. After we decided to get him it was 7:03 and they had closed but I called to see if they would hold him. They stayed open late for us and allowed me to pickup my little baby. As Sue was getting the dog ready she heard him sneeze and she very honest and told me to please take him to the vet first thing and to please let them know what the vet said. I could tell they really cared about the animals and after my vet visit I stopped by to let them know he was fine and just needed some antibiotics. A few days later Sue called me to see how our family was doing with our needy baby and to check up on the puppy's to see if he was responding well to the antibiotics. I love that she cares that the animals go to the right family and it meant a lot to me that she checked up on him after the sale. Great customer service and SUPER helpful! If it wasn't for Sue seeing me looking at that puppy and asking if I want to hold him, I wouldn't have my Toy Chihuahua today.

We loved the staff. They were very attentive to our needs and were thrilled to educate us on our new puppy, along with their products and services. The staff was very welcoming and works very hard at pleasing the overwhelming amount of customers, who frequent the shop.

Well, the service here is not good at all, they act like you're not welcome. You walk in and you are hit with the worst smell of all. No may I help? It is have you been here before? Santize between each animal. The employees continue to talk to each other and looking at their cell phones. No smles no nothing. But if I take my dog in to be groom hi your dog is cute. Without the dog they dont know who i am so they treat me different each time I go with just he kids. Oh they talk to you like the children cant hold the puppies in a nasty tone. Instead of saying please dont let the little ones hold the puppies. They are so nasty. There is one employee who has a flip mouth, she said she's from North but her mouth is hurting the business. I decided to find another pet groomer and pay five dollars more, because I can't take no more of the flip mouth I told her she was very rude she argues with you. Unexceptible. Please ,thank you, may I help?, I be glad to help you, etc what's wrong with using these words In order to keep customer?

I have purchased two puppies from here. The puppies have grown into the best dogs I have ever owned. The staff is friendly and helpful, and asks that only adults handle the puppies and that hand sanitizing is done after each puppy is handled. Financing is available, and puppy care kits are optional at purchase which includes a lead, collar, water and food dish, nutrical, and food.

We enjoy visiting puppies galore for one reason only - we love to see the puppies. There are always (as you'd expect) plenty of cute, fuzzy faces to see and pet. The other side of the coin is that this is clearly not the place most people should want to buy their animals from. The living conditions of the dogs are sad and it's not kept clean. Puppies are often left to wallow in their poop and messes without the cages being cleaned. The staff here are also extremely unfriendly (with the exception of one younger girl). I'll return because my daughter likes to go buy I wouldn't buy a dog from here.

I love going to look at puppies, but this place, each time I go back I feel uncertain of the care they are given. The staff do not handle them well and pick them up by the back on the neck, and I'm not saying they abuse at all! But their character is not loving in any way towards these puppies. I would hate to see how they are treated when no one is around.
I held a French massif and I notice discharge from her nose, looks like kennel cough, and a small dachshund with a huge stomach and very quiet and not playful. I asked the lady when I was watching the puppy breath cause it looks in bad shape and I had a bad feeling, and the lady got an attitude with me. I'm not an expert but I am becoming worried for these innocent puppies. That's two dogs I saw in one visit to appear ill. This sadness me..
