Great deal a 2017 Freewheeler the first Trike I've owned. Brent, Shane and the rest of the Staff are excellent. Everybody we dealt with were professional and courteous. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. All they want is for you to buy that bike on their terms. If you need any assistance after that, maintenance, reselling, trade ins, etc, they treated me like dirt. There was so much indifference and disrespect that I felt I was in a third world country trying to do business. STAY AWAY. Adamec holds the monopoly of Harleys in Jacksonville and they think they can treat customers any way they want. NOT ME! I would rather ride for miles and seek business elsewhere.I can name some staff members here, but I would rather not. But these are senior representatives in the business. How can you possibly make a complaint like that???? STAY WAY.

Great people, Great experience! JW is the best! You must go see him. No pressure ,he let me take my time ,and always ,kept in touch to let me know, what was going on every weekend, at the dealership. I left Memphis Tn at 5am one fine Sunday. I got ready to pull off of I95 into St Augustine at around 9pm. I went to downshift and discovered that was impossible. The splines on my shifter lever had sheared off and the levers would just spin. Fortunately I was close to the hotel and I limped it in on 3rd.

As soon as Adamec opened the next morning I was on the phone. "Bring it in, we'll get you back on the road."

I nursed that bike back onto the interstate in 3rd and managed to shift via some seriously shaky techniques up into 5th. I got to the dealership about an hour after they opened. It's St Augustine in summer. Business was booming. Well, I figured my day was shot.

Less than an hour later I've got a new shifter shaft and lever installed, my bike is washed, and I'm back on the road. I went from being stranded 800 miles from home to resuming my trip, just like that.

That ladies and gentlemen is how you take care of your customers. Without a doubt that was the best service I've EVER had at a Harley dealership. It's also a very nice dealership and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
