I purchased four ice skating passes at a school auction and paid a substantial amount for them, well over the cost of admission yet they refused their usage calling them “coupons”. When asked to speak with a manager they were not accommodating. Calls to the facility to the manager have not been returned. We have been regular patrons with birthday parties and large family gatherings so I found this to be extremely rude. They said they didn’t accept coupons on free skate days yet there is nothing on their web site, besides these were fully paid passes!

Disgusting building, careless employees, and unprofessional / untrustworthy management. Nothing like going to a buisness that treats their employees like trash and invests money in a giant igloo rather than a roof. Not sure how they were not sued after a bag of moldy water fell on top of a skater because they refuse to patch their roof. If you pay to go here, keep a close eye on your bank account because they steal all the money they can.

Coach Dean is an Outstanding coach and very professional at all times. Very knowledgeable and very good with kids. My son has learned a lot about soccer and had so much fun at the same time. It was well worth it!!!

I had so much fun here! The staff are extremely kind and helpful! The only complaint I have is that you don't get any money off for having your own skates and it's a little pricey ($12 for about 2 hours)

Pretty much everything is outdated and unmaintained. Had fun skating but was not worth the $12 at all. Will not be coming here again.

This place is a literal dump. Don't waste your time with this complex or local leagues that associate with it. The building is not up to code - ceiling leaks, bathrooms back up or don't work at all, un level floors, poor lighting and employees could care less about anything. The owners have to be lazy and riding the train that right now folks do not have many alternatives. Filing formal complaints with the BBB Jacksonville. They need to get shut down

This was the worst public skating rink I have ever been to. The rental skates were ripped to shreds and look like they are from the 70's. Even the trash can was so bad, you had to use napkins and trash to open it so you didn't get junk all over your hands. The open skate was also so packed, you could barely skate without running into people. There is no supervision so people are skating all over and cutting others off. You would think that if they are charging $12/person, they should have enough money to replace things!!! Let's just say we will never be coming back.
